A note to buyers about Ebay's recent change to Feedback Policy:

Recently, Ebay announced that sellers would only be able to leave positive feedback comments for buyers. This change is intended to assure buyers that they will not receive a negative, retalitory feedback comment from a seller. This has most commonly happened in the past with sellers that do not leave feedback for a buyer until the buyer leaves their comment first.

We want to tell you that this practice has NEVER, EVER been our policy at 13Swords.

We never have and never will hold your well deserved positive feedback "hostage." As a buyer, when you buy from us and make your immediate cleared payment, you receive positive feedback immediately.

We also hope that our buyers will be as quick in leaving positive feedback for us when we do our job well, so please remember to leave feedback for us when you receive your item(s). Thank you!!!

By bidding on or buying our items through Ebay you state that you are 18 years of age or older and agree that you will be bound by these terms and conditions without exception. If you do not wish to be bound by our terms please do not bid.

Items that we have received cleared payment on will usually ship within 3 business days. We will combine items for shipping, when possible, to help save you money on the shipping costs. Please understand that not all items may be combinable due to certain package size restrictions. We ask that you limit combinations of items to items purchased within a 7 day period. If you need a rate for a specific combination of items please email us before you bid with your delivery zip code and a list of the items you are interested in. We will be happy to provide combined shipping rates and answer your questions.

We do NOT charge extra handling for combined packages OR for packages that ship to Alaska, Hawaii or FPO/APO addresses.

We offer United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping with delivery confirmation on most of the items that we ship to US buyers. We have found that Priority Mail is very reliable and cost effective. Any other shipping options available to US buyers will be stated in the specific auction listing(s).

We ship 5 days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, excluding recognized holidays.

INSURANCE - All single item shipments and combined item shipments valued at more than $25.00 US will be shipped insured at no extra cost to you. If your total order has a value of less than $25.00 US and you want it shipped insured, please contact us before you make your payment so that we can make arrangements for the proper insurance coverage.

We will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any item(s) that are shipped uninsured. We will not under any circumstances accept returns of any item damaged in shipping that was sent uninsured. The bidder assumes sole responsibility for uninsured shipments. Insurance is recommended.

Expedited Shipping Options by Special Request ONLY -

Priority Mail takes on average 3 to 4 business days to arrive after we ship. If you need your item quicker than this, USPS Express Mail (next or second day arrival) is available for an additional charge. Please email us with your delivery zip code for a rate. All Express Mail rates will include insurance and tracking.

UPS ground, second day air (blue label) or next day air (red label) services are also available and will be offered at the buyer's request and where available (US customers ONLY, no UPS shipments to non-US addresses, please see further details below for international shipments).

You MUST email us with your delivery zip code for rates and availability BEFORE we will consider shipping via UPS services. All UPS rates will include insurance and tracking.

All UPS packages MUST be shipped to a physical address, no p.o. boxes, no exceptions. We will NOT ship via UPS using your UPS account number, we will only ship prepaid.

We will strive to provide you with the shipping service you request but please understand that some services may not be available to some areas and due to unforseen scheduling problems we may not be able to accommodate you. Please email us first BEFORE you bid on and win the item!

Most international shipments will ship via USPS Priority Mail International with insurance included at no extra cost. EXCEPTION: Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box cannot be insured. We will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any item(s) that are shipped uninsured and we will not under any circumstances accept returns of these items due to damage incurred in transit. The bidder assumes sole responsibility for uninsured shipments. Insurance is recommended. If you have any questions about proper insurance coverage please email us before buying.

USPS Priority Mail International is trackable to most countries/locations.

Some items ship via First Class Mail International, which is not insuranble.

Anguilla, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia (limited service in some areas), Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom (Great Britain).

If your country does not appear in the list above, please email us and ask if we can ship to you before you bid or buy. Also, certain items cannot ship to certain countries for legal reasons, and this will be specifically stated in the auction listing, or shipping to your country will not be available in the shipping calculator. Please check the "will ship to" specifics on the auction listing itself.

We request that non-US bidders email us before bidding for a postal rate quotes, options and service availability to your country if you have any questions or concerns. This way you know up front what the shipping costs will be.

We will combine multiple items for shipment to non-US addresses, where possible, to help save you money on shipping rates.

All rates we provide to you will be as close to actual as possible. We do NOT charge any additional handling for foreign shipments.

We DO NOT collect VAT (Value Added Taxes); All import taxes and/or customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be payable at the time of delivery.

Please check with your county's Customs and Excise Department or postal services for more information. We will NOT mark customs forms for merchandise shipments as "gifts," "presents" or "samples" and we will NOT falsify the item(s) sale price. Any international shipments returned to us for non-payment of import taxes, duties or other fees become our property and we will NOT make any refunds in this case and the package will NOT be reshipped.

We will not be responsible for any shipments seized or returned to us by your customs department and we will not knowingly ship items to any country that are illegal to possess in that country. We will NOT make any refunds for seized parcels/items, or for any parcel/item returned to us by any customs department as prohibited/unacceptable/contraband goods or for any other reason. We cannot possibly know every country's import restrictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local customs department and/or check their local laws before buying.
