How much is
shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges
are very clearly specified on each and every auction page. We offer 6
different shipping and handling option for domestic shipments so please be
sure to choose the appropriate one that fits your needs for time of delivery
and price.
We charge the same amount per item for the budget shipping option and we do
offer discounts when buyer upgrades to a faster shipping method.
I just won an auction and I
need an invoice?
Our system will allow you to
generate your own invoice. There is no need to email us or wait for us and all one needs
to do is use our checkout now button located on every auction page. For
multiple item orders you can use the checkout now link on any of your winning
auction pages. ebay's checkout now button will also direct you to our
checkout. Once in our checkout you can select the payment option and shipping
option you desire. If you are paying with paypal, select paypal and it will
re-direct you to the paypal site to pay. If paying by credit card select the
appropriate credit card and input your address exactly as it appears on the
billing statement for the credit card. If it is not a 100% match our systems
fraud detection will reject it. Also you must ship item to the credit card
billing address or it will be rejected.
My credit card was charged
multiple times.
This is not true and the clerk
you speak to at your credit card company is usually an out sourced employee
who is in a third world country. Because of our fraud detection our system
will reject any credit card where the billing address and shipping address is
not the same. The billing address also must 100% match the address on your
credit card statement. So if you think you were charged multiple times it is
not true. They will appear as a pending charge and this charge will drop
because our system will never put through an actual charge because of the
address verification failure and these pending charges will eventually drop
off. If you were successful getting item paid you would have immediately
received a paid receipt from us .
I won several auctions and I
need a combined invoice.
Our system will automatically
consolidate all your winning items if you bought them all from one user ID,
and all were listed in the same currency. ebay and paypal cannot combine
orders bought from multiple user ID's or items bought that were listed in
different currencies. To obtain your consolidated invoice, please use the
checkout now link located on any auction page of an item you won.
I am trying to pay for my order
and it says "checkout expired or disabled".
When you win an auction or buy
an item our checkout system will automatically send you an invoice and will
consolidate multiple item into one combined invoice. See invoicing section
above for more details. We allow a maximum of 7 days from the first item
purchased for buyers to pay for items. We allow 7 days only because ebay
mandates this. If we had our say we would allow no more then 3 business days.
Anyway after 7 days the checkout will automatically close and unpaid item
strikes will be filed on ebay. we cannot or will not re-open checkout once it
is expired. at this point in time we would have already sent buyers 3 emails
notices informing them of this procedure and items would have been re-listed
for sale . Please do not contact us if checkout expired or is disabled because
we cannot do anything for you.
I ordered the wrong item or I

As per ebay stated rules and
policies which all buyers acknowledged understanding of an acceptance of when
they first registered on ebay all bids are binding contracts and cannot be
cancelled.
Now ebay customer service reps
will often tell ebay buyers to contact sellers ask ask for a mutual withdrawal
of sale. What they usually fail to tell buyers is this is totally optional for
sellers and if accepted it is a time consuming manual task and seller loses
money in the form of no listing fees are reimbursed and again it is a manual
task and time consuming. Plus ebay system does not allow for a seller simply
to close sale and it requires buyers acceptance after it is requested, so we
now would be dependent on buyers following through and we will not take this
chance as it would have to be manually tracked. So please do not contact us
asking for a mutual withdrawal of sale as we never will accept this option.
Anyway if you bought 2 or more
of the same item, or bought an item you no longer desire or simply made a
mistake please do not contact us or email us as there is nothing we can do
about it.
However in these cases we will
allow buyers to switch items out for one of equal or lesser value. Please look
through our other items for sale and when you find an item you desire here is
what you will need to do. In our checkout system there is a notes section
where buyer can leave us a note. The notes section is in the same area as you
input your name and address. Here leave us a note to switch out item for
another desired item or item of equal or lesser value and we will
accommodate you. You do this in our checkout systems notes section and not in
the paypal notes section. we do not read or even see notes left in paypal or
ebay systems, only our checkout system so be certain you leave this note in
our system.
Bottom line if you won item you
will need to pay for every item won or our system will automatically file
unpaid item strikes with ebay and there is no exceptions to our policy except
for one stated above where we allow you to swap item for another.

We have only one way for buyers
to pay with paypal, and that is the buyer must go through our checkout system
using the checkout now link located on every auction page or use eBay's pay
now button. Then select paypal
as your payment option and it will redirect you to the paypal site to pay.
Contrary to what some buyers claim we are authorized by ebay to use this
re-direct and we are not asking buyers to do anything that is un-secure or not
approved by ebay. You still are paying through the paypal site. If you have
concerns contact ebay live support or paypal and tell them seller 1busyman is
using channel advisor re-direct.
I want to pay with
money order, what is your mailing address?
ebay has banned money orders as
a form of payment. Direct all questions regarding money orders to ebay.

I have
not received my item, when did it ship?
We always ship items the next
business day. business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays and
weekends. We send out shipping notices for every order shipped, so if you have
not heard from us this means you have a different email address registered on
ebay then you are currently using or the email went to your spam/junk mail
folder. Please only contact us after 20 days for missing items to USA and 30
days International. Tracking numbers are uploaded to the order pages every few
days and you can obtain these tracking numbers there and a link is provided
with the shipping notices we send. Please do not email or contact us to ask
for us to re-send tracking numbers as we will not respond unless it has been
at least 20 days since orders have shipped. Also tracking numbers are only
provided for orders shipped to the USA and none are provided for International
shipments
Will you ship to an
alternate address then I have listed with ebay?
We will only ship to a paypal
confirmed address. this is ebay and paypal rules not ours. If you have an
issue with this contact paypal at 1-888-221-1161.
I made a
mistake on where I want my
item shipped?
We have to ship games where
buyer has indicated in our checkout system. Our system is totally automated
where as soon as buyer pays a shipping ticket prints with postage, order #,
sku name etc. Our system obviously assumes buyer provides us with a correct
address. We do not and cannot change ship to addresses after payment is made,
we do not refer to any notes left in the paypal payment notes section, and we
cannot refer to separate emails regarding this. Once your order is paid it
cannot be altered or changed in any way, shape or form.

What is your
return policy?
All items are eligible to
receive or fully guaranteed
damage and loss protection for 30 days from purchase date. We do extend the 30 day period during the
Holiday season so anything purchased after November 15 is guaranteed up to 10
days after Christmas. For defective items we will gladly exchange them for the
exact same item only. The customer must sent us back the defective item, and
we will then send out a replacement item. For non defective exchanges or refunds, we will
gladly accept an item for return if sent back unopened in its original
condition. If customer did not choose a shipping method (any method except
budget or free shipping) that includes our defective item protection, the
manufacturers warranty applies.
We will only make refunds via
paypal or credit card (electronic payment refunds only) and only for the bid price of merchandise and not shipping and handling
and insurance fees. There is a minimum service charge of $7.00 on all returned
items so if you paid less then $7.00 shipping and insurance charges a $7.00
minimum service charge will apply.
In instances where we sent the customer a wrong item in
error, our policy is to have customer send us back wrong item. Once received
we will send out correct item and reimburse customer for return postage at the
USPS 1st class mail rate. We do not take back opened games period unless they
are defective, if we shipped the wrong game in error and you opened it you now
bought it. We have no choice in this regard due to software copyright laws. In
instances where customer bought a game not compatible with their game system,
the above rules and policies also apply. We clearly state game compatibility
on each item page and if you bought a game that does not work for your region,
you own it as there are no returns due to buyer making mistake and not reading
or understanding.
I would like
feedback for my transaction?
Our system is totally automated
and it will automatically leave positive feedback as soon as item is paid for.
I received the wrong item?
We apologize if our packers
shipped the wrong item. Please ship the item back to the return address on the
package and include the ebay item # or our order # with return and correct
game needed. We will reimburse buyers for the calculated 1st class postage
rate they would pay to ship item back. Reimbursement will be made using the
same method buyer paid for item originally. When item is
received back the correct item will ship same day. There is no need to contact
us or email us if you received an incorrect item, simply follow instructions
above and we will gladly remedy the problem.
Will this
game work on my game system?
In the USA we have what is
called NTSC games. NTSC games are compatible only with NTSC systems which are
generally systems sold in the USA, Canada, and South America. However
Gameboy advance, gameboy Advance SP (GBA-SP) Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP are
non region specific and these games will work on any system worldwide. As
stated on auction page, Our games are NTSC Region coded for USA, Canada and
Latin America. No returns on games bought incompatible for your region.
However we cannot guarantee compatibility for any item outside of North or
South America.
My game has
yet to arrive, how do I file a claim?
Most items shipped within the
USA will arrive within 3-7 days, or 15-20 days depending on shipping method chosen.
Understand though the USPS offers no guarantees on shipping times even for
priority mail or express mail, and we do not control shipping times. We show
customers the estimated delivery times that are provided to us by USPS. We
cannot file claims for USA shipped item until 30 days have passed and
International items until 45 days have passed This is not unusual and is the
time frame also used by USPS. We have seen numerous times USA mail take 2-3
weeks to arrive, even mail sent priority class. International items generally
arrive within 7-14 days. However we have consistently seen items to Canada
take 3-4 weeks, because of the slow process for items to clear customs in
Canada. Also we do not insure items to Mexico as the theft rate there is to
high and items are not insurable to Mexico.

The best and only way to contact us is to
use the link by clicking on the image below. We ask all buyers to read to
see if your question is answered above. We get over 500 emails daily to our
ebay in box, hence this is why we delete every incoming email sent through
ebay or to our ebay registered email because it is impossible for us to read
and reply to every email, especially because 98% of these emails are
unnecessary. If you have a "real issue' with your order and you have paid for
your order, then use the image below to send an email to our high priority
customer service email address.
Please do not send us emails
telling us things like
I will pay in a few days or i am out of town. Please only contact us if there is an issue with your paid order. Also be sure to include ebay item # or our checkout order # with any and all correspondence
