Postage Information Postage & Packing charges: £2.99 for the first + £0.99 for each additional item We also offer a selection of auctions with FREE P&P ! How do we define an item? - An item is simply the number of bids. If a multi cartridge pack is offered ( for example: a 2 pack, 6 pack, etc. ), it is considered as 1 item at £2.99 for shipping, as long as you bid for a quantity of 1. If you bid for a quantity of 2, you pay £3.98 for shipping- £2.99 for the first bid + £0.99 for the second. We do combine multiple auctions onto one order to save you money for shipping. If you have purchased more than one auction, please do not complete the checkout until all the auctions are closed. After they are all closed, simply proceed to our checkout, or follow the instructions from the last notification e-mail you have received. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with the shipping information. All orders are typically processed within 24 hours, if there are no issues. If an order is placed before 2 PM, and there are no issues with the payment, it will be shipped the same day. If there are any problems with your order, our customer service will contact you immediately. All orders are usualy received within 1-3 days, depending on the location to which they are shipped. All of our products are fully guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defects for 1 year from the date of the purchase ! If there is a need for a refund or replacement of your order, you will receive an RMA number for the return of your order. Please do not send any products back before you contact us and receive an RMA number. All defective products have to be returned to us before we can replace them or issue a refund.
