All sales are final - Inspect and test your product for any manufacturer defect before installation: If you discover damage after you received and accepted the order, you can contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim (if you have paid for insurance). They will reimburse the value of the damaged product to you. If your order arrives with damage, you can refuse to accept the package. The shipping carrier will return the product to us at no charge on you.
