2. Who we are?
Avid motorcyclist that got tired of Corporate America! Seriously,
you wouldn’t believe where we have been and worked. I figured what the
hell, might as well do something you like.
3. Are you a licensed dealer?
Yes, we are registered with the state (Texas) as used vehicle parts
dealer and motorcycle dealer.
4. Do you charge extra for shipping?
No, we do not. We calculate the price of the item, weight and dimensions.
All of our shipments are insured for your safety. However, for shipments
that are overseas such as USPS, we do charge a little more because we
have to stand in line to fill out customs forms, etc.
5. Will you combine shipping?
Yes, when we can. Items like tires, wheels and fairings are sometimes
tough but we will do what we can to save you money. These items must be
purchased on the same day in order to receive the shipping discount for
a combined shipment order. Please wait until you get an invoice from us
that reflects the combined shipping. Do not rush through the check out
and pay for your item individually, as we will not be able to give you
a shipping discount.
6.What is
in the shipping and handling fee?
This covers shipping for the item, insurance, time(man
power) and materials to package the item. Some items such as fairings,
tires, motors and other misc items, involve bubble wrap and special handling
that is charged to us by the carriers.
7. Will you ship outside
of the US?
Yes we ship we ship to most parts in the world. The exceptions are
denoted within the listing.
8. Why you don’t accept pay
pal for non US holding accounts?
Pay pal does not cover us in International transactions. You can get
your money back and the part which has happened in the past. Secondly,
pay pal requires an electronic conformation of the shipment for receipt.
Internationally speaking, this costs a lot of money and most of our overseas
customers have complained about the high tariffs of UPS. We are doing
what works best for all of us and this is the solution until pay pal readjust
their policies to protect the sellers.
9. A word about USPS
USPS it's only used for confirmed addresses that have PO Boxes (United
States) or International Shipments. USPS does not provide tracking for
their items. So please do not ask for one. Claims that are filed with
them take several months to process and are most likely to go unpaid.
We will not file a claim for you. Once the package leaves our hands it
is your responsability and USPS. We STRONGLY recommend using UPS for international
orders.
10. Can you find me any part
I need?
We work on late model bikes. We do not have anything that is older
than six years back from the current year. You will have to keep an eye
out in our website www.adrenalix.net
or auctions.
11. Will you accept escrow?
We will not use escrow. We run 99% positive feedback. Is there any
reason why you should not trust us?
12. Whom do you use for shipping?
We use UPS (United States), USPS (International) for smaller packages.
Motors go with freight carriers.
13. What happens if my item
is damaged during shipment?
Call us at (972) 264-4060 or email shippinginfo@adrenalix.net
to file a claim with the carrier. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to recieve payment.
We will refund your money once payment has been recieved from the carrier.
14. Free email accounts?
We receive your e-mails,
but when we reply to them most of the time they bounce back. They are
either being marked as "spam" or your "box is over the limit". This
is common problem with AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail and other free accounts. We
always strive to have open communication with our customers. This is situation
is costing us our feedback. Please call us at (972) 264-4060.
15. Are you a part swapper?
Our parts are marked when they go out. Save yourself
the hassle and embarrassment of sending your part back to us. Only for
us to discover that is not our part. We do make mistakes on shipping (we
all are humans here) and correct them accordingly. However, part swapping
is not!

Non paying bidders?
We expect your payment to reach
us in 3 days of auction end. Unless you are international buyer. If it's
not received by tenth day you will get a Unpaid Item Dispute from E-bay
and the item will be relisted. Your item may not be available to you after
the eight day due high volume sales. On the 20th day we will file a Unpaid
Item Strike and your account will be blocked from bidding on our Ebay
items.

19. Why do I have to send
my payment to a PO BOX?
It’s easier to handle payments if they go all to one place. We have
a warehouse and motorcycle display lot on another.
20. Are pick ups available?
We only accept pick ups for motors and frames only.
21. Why did you stop selling
and will not sell to Canada?
