About the Artist: I achieved success in my career as a textile designer and am quite proud of my past accomplishments. I have designed fabrics for both the home furnishings and apparel markets. My upholstery fabrics have been sold in high end, to-the-design-trade-only showrooms in both the Pacific Design Center and the San Francisco Design Center, and in department and specialty stores nationwide.

Before I designed upholstery fabric, I worked for one of Los Angeles' large textile manufacturers, designing knits, prints and colorways. Garments made from my apparel fabrics have been sold by trendy retailers such as Pacsun, Wet Seal, and Contempo Casuals, and by department stores such as Nordstroms, Macys, and Target.

Although I love designing fabrics (and I still do it occasionally!) I prefer to have more creative control over my work than the textile industry allows for. I am not new to creating art, but am relatively new to selling it on ebay.

I have been ebaying for a long time, and up until now my primary selling ID has been "sugarpinkrose", which is still active; it is the ID I will continue using to sell textile and craft related merchandise such as yarn, vintage knitting and crochet patterns, and Edwardian and Flapper Era fashion magazines which I collect.
