I love old rugs; to me early hooked rugs have an unassuming nature and a timeless beauty that comes straight from the hooker’s heart. I try to capture that feeling and make my rugs look like antiques.

I love to draw and have been designing and hooking primitive rugs for over 30 years. Many things inspire me and give me ideas for new designs. I incorporate many elements such as penny circles, flowers and animals. I feel that these basics contribute to the primitive, antique uniqueness of my original designs. I take great pride in my work and strive for excellence in my craftsmanship and attention to detail, you will not be disappointed.
