TERMS OF SALE

1. All orders go through our automated checkout system. DO NOT USE THE EBAY CHECKOUT. DO NOT SEND A PAYPAL PAYMENT without going through our checkout system and THEN linking to paypal.

2. All items are described to the best of our ability. Pictures are for representation use only and may not be of the actual product.

3. We use a third party automated listing process. We also sell products in many forums. As a result we do occasionally become back ordered on products. In order to provide the fastest and best service we may upgrade or substitute with equal or greater value item(s).

4. This is an auction sale. As such products are sold at auction prices and all sales are final. Auctions which have an error in pricing will not be honored. If you are unsure if you really want the items do not bid. We will provide a 30 day replacement / repair service for our new items so that you will know that you will receive a good product.

5. Shipping costs for repaired or replaced items to and from us to you will be shared. You agree to pay for shipping to us and we agree to pay for shipping of the repaired or replaced item back to you.

6. Each auction is a separate transaction and requires a separate order from us. As a result of the inherent costs in an auction sale we do not combine shipping for different auctions.

7. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and judgment on the the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or 1Reason, Inc. may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Eau Claire, Wisconsin necessary to protect the rights or property of you or 1Reason, Inc. pending the completion of arbitration.

8. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Wisconsin as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Wisconsin between Wisconsin residents.
