Shipping
Customers must agree to pay flat rate shipping &
handling fee as listed before bidding/buying. The flat rate S&H stated above
is apply to addresses in U.S. 48 continental states only. Flat rate shipping
& handling enable us to ensure your order is delivered safely and in a
timely manner. We ship order worldwide, please ask shipping rate to your
country before/after bidding or buying. Additional shipping fee is needed
for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, PR , Canada and other countries. We
ship order to local P.O. Box , APO/FPO address via USPS with no extra
charge, so please feel free to bid! We ship most of the orders in USA via
USPS or FedEx, international order via USPS only. We reserve all the rights
to choose appropriate carrier for each order.
Insurance
Although we use care and
quality packing materials, the buyer is responsible for insurance on all
items. Postal insurance rates are minimal and certainly worth it. We cannot
be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged during shipment.

Insurance is required for order with two items and more.

Policy
Customers must agree all the terms listed here in the
auction page. You are enter a bidding agreement to complete this
transaction. If you do not intend to complete this transaction or if you are
not agree the terms listed, please do not bid or buy. Remember, payment due
in 10 days after auction ended. After the due date and certain grace period,
a non-paying bidders alert and a dispute will be filed. Since the day the
dispute has been filed, we expect your respond and make the payment in
timely manner. If you changed your email address recently and not yet
registered/updated your email address with eBay, please notify us now.
Returns or
Exchanges
We accept returns for
exchange, store credit or refund. All claims or returns must be approved and
must be made no later than 3 days after received the order (starts from the
day order shown delivered). Item returned in 7 days will only qualifies for
money back guaranty. All exchange merchandise must be in its original
condition and in its original box. No returns of worn or abused item. Buyer
is responsible for return shipping and other fees if applicable.
Merchandise returns or exchange for reasons other than our error are subject
to a 30% restocking fee. Any store credit or refund will be the item price
paid after 30% restocking fee is deducted. A refund will be given only if
the item is unavailable for exchange or replacement.
