Our website, AutoEquipmentplus.com is an e-commerce store and is a Division of FP Sales/ Auto Equipment Plus, Inc. Hours of operation are 24 hours a day and 7 days per week.

How many tools do you stock ?

We currently offer more than 10,000 products on our website and are adding more daily. If you can’t find the item you’re looking for, please email us at sales@autoequipmentplus.com . We respond quickly to manufacturers’ wholesale price drops and pass those savings along to our customers. We're aware of our competitors’ pricing to ensure that you are getting the best tools at the best prices in the tool market.

We strive to provide you with in-depth information on all the products on our web site, however, if our site does not include all the information you need, please contact us and we will get you the additional information that you need when making your decision.

  

Can I place an order using a personal/business check?

You may place a check or money order purchase but your item(s) will not ship until the payment has cleared. Once you've p laced your order we'll email information with instructions outlining where to send your check or money order.

When we've received your payment then your order will be processed immediately.

Can I place an order using a company purchase order?

Auto Equipment Plus, Inc. is not currently offering a Purchase Order option unless you have made prior arrangements with our Sales Department.

What are the acceptable payment methods for a C.O.D. order?

Auto Equipment Plus, Inc. does not currently accept C.O.D. orders   Shipping Information When do you stop processing orders each day ? Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday, will usually ship that same day, if in stock. Orders received after 2:00 pm will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are typically shipped on Monday, if in stock. To confirm stock just send an e-mail to sales@autoequipmentplus.com. Please put "In Stock" in Subject line with the item # and a short description. Is there a Holiday Shipping Schedule ? No shipments will be picked up on November 25, November 26, December 25, December 31 or January 1. No deliveries on November 25, December 25 or January 1. Air Deliveries only on November 26 and December 31. What about Saturday delivery ? Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15 plus the standard charge for shipping overnight for orders placed on Friday by 2:00 pm Eastern Time and shipped via UPS. Please specify that you would like Saturday delivery in the comments field of your online order form. The additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed. UPS does not guarantee Saturday delivery in all areas. What are the shipping charges at Autotoolz ? Auto Equipment Plus, Inc. shipping charges in the continental United States are based on the purchase price of the order. UPS & FedEX  $500 and up is *FREE Freight deliveries of $1000 and up is *Free ***LIMITED TIME OFFER - Free Shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Freight shipments. $1,000.00 and up freight is pre-paid. Standard shipping is UPS ground. UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services are available by request. Any package or article weighing more than 150 pounds, or exceeding 108 inches in length, or exceeding a total of 130 inches in length and girth combined must be shipped freight. Additional charges may apply. Some bulky items weighing more than 75 pounds are shipped freight to avoid damage during shipment. Second day air and overnight services are available for an additional charge that will be reflected and applied to your credit card when billing is processed. How can I request special shipping like overnight or 2nd day air ? Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed.     How does Auto Equipment Plus, Inc. Process Returns? We want your shopping experience with Auto Equipment Plus, Inc. to be a pleasant one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for full credit. E-mail sales@autoequipmentplus.com or call our Customer Service Center at 1-904-476-7814 or Fax.1-866-680-2379.  AutoEquipmentplus.com will issue a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and return address. We cannot accept and refuse any package without a RGA number. Additionally please note:   • The product is returned in the original undamaged package. • The product was not used. • The product is returned within 14 days of receipt. • Please be sure to include with your return the following information   Your Name & address Phone Number and Email address Order # Reason for return   • Shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return was due to   an error on our part. • If the product was damaged in transit to you we must be notified   immediately (within 24hours). • A restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned   inless than new, resalable condition.
