How do I
purchase an item?
To purchase an item on eBay
you
need to bid on the item through auction listing. If you are the high
bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction
ends. If you don't want to go through
the bidding
process you can also use the Buy-It-Now option
in our eBay
Store.

What is your
Shipping Policy?
We ship
all items as soon as possible. Shipping is not free on any
auctions, pick-up is not available on all auctions. Please email us to
see if your item is available for pick-up or if
you have any questions. All Shipping costs are for the lower
48
states, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and all other territories and
countries will be subject to additional charges.
- All smaller
items
(gloves, belts, small box items, smaller mats, accessories, ect...)are
shipped through Standard FedEx Ground.
- All large items (All commercial equipment including
treadmills,
bike, steppers, stairclimbers, strength equipment, anything with a
weight stack, large heavy mats ect....) are shipped with a common
carrier. What that means is that the shipping company will
call
you to set up a day for delivery someone does have to be home at the
time of delivery, also the shipping company is not
responsible for removing the item from the truck. If you
would
like to get a lift gate in order to help remove the item from the truck
it is $75 additional per pup truck needed. If you would like
to
purchase this option at this price you must do so at the time of first
payment

What is your
Return Policy?
Your atisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. If you are not
satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund for the
merchandise within 31 days of the original invoice date, provided all
the terms defined in Directions for Returns are complied with.
31 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*
If you are not satisfied within 31 days you may return your purchase.
The item(s) must be within big fitness's possession within 31 days.
Just call us at 1-800-383-2008 and get a return authorization number
from our customer service department. The item must be returned in the
same package with no damage. Shipping charges back to Big Fitness are
the responsibility of the customer. If you need help returning the
product please call us.
When we receive your product back we will refund you within seven days.
* We
will refund
shipping charges if product is shipped to you as result of our error.
** No returns on gloves, belts, dumbbells, plates, books, software and
videos.
*** Refund and Return Policy is only valid for NEW non commercial/Gym
purchases special order and custom items are also exempt.
