If eBay continually changed their Format and Policies to make your life miserable, by deleting user-friendly options, then informed you that these options really are still available, but you can only have them if you pay extra, would you still think them the loveable group they are? Leaving Feedback was an easy thing for the Small Seller until the last Format Change, a nice List of recent Feedback Received appeared at the head of my Summary Page, a simple click and I had your Feedback entered. It is no longer there.
Before the last Format Change, I was able to pull up a simple printer-friendly Sold Items List, and conveniently print same. It is no longer there.
When I asked eBay why they removed those tools, they stated they really weren't gone, and that I could still obtain them, but only if I spent my $$$$ for their Sales Manager Program. Does that smack of extortion to you?

I really don't have true input for Feedback, I can no longer give accurate Feedback, but eBay wants me to give you Feedback before you give it to me.
NO WAY!
Once you give me Feedback, email me because elstwise, I won't know I received it. Then I'll give you my Standard entry, fast pay=A+, [yes, there is a message there, I'm not some addle-brained twit that thinks he belongs to some form of club, chat-room, or sewing-circle, all I care about is fast pay], and our deal will be complete.
BIDDING POLICY
Your Bid is a Binding Contract, if you have questions, email to resolve before you Bid.
INVOICE POLICY
We will send your Invoice through eBay, if you are Bidding on more of our Items, just drop us a mail and we'll hold our Invoice until you're finished Bidding.
PAYMENT POLICY
We REQUIRE receipt of your payment within (7) days after the sending date of our invoice, unless prior agreement has been made.
If not received within (7) days after our Invoice Date, we will send you an email reminder.
If not received within (10) days after our Invoice Date, we will initiate an Unpaid Item Dispute through eBay.
If payment is not received after (17) days following our Invoice Date we will conclude the Unpaid Item Dispute,
we will receive credit for our Listing and Sale Fees,
you will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Stroke by eBay, {3-strikes and you're out},
we will Re-List and file a NON-PAYING BIDDER Feedback.

LIGHT ITEMS
Most light items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, they give us free Priority Boxes, need we say more?
If shipping an extremely light item, we ship First Class Mail, if shipping an item too large for a Priority Box, we will send it via Parcel Post if that will save you money.
We include Delivery Confirmation on all USPS shipping.
HEAVY ITEMS
We now use FedEx Ground for heavier items.
