BoxQ offers its customers convenient locations and shipping methodologies to minimize shipping and handling expenses. Customer Service Policy Any product or service that is advertised for sale is sold "as-is" whether the product is advertised as "New" or "Used", "Sealed" or "Opened". All warranties on new products are covered by the original manufacturer's policies. We do not guarantee batteries on any type of unit, even on "tested" or warrantied units. This includes PRAM or BIOS batteries on computers, laptop batteries, phone batteries, or any other type of battery. Please understand what you are buying before you place the order. We are not responsible for product incompatibilities. ----------------------------------- Payment Details Due to fraudulant chargebacks, we do not accept credit card funded PayPal transactions. We do accept any other PayPal payment, money order, cashiers check or cash for any item won. ------------------------------------ Shipping Policy Items are available for pickup. Shipment insurance can be added during the checkout process. We are NOT responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged if insurance is not selected. Larger items shipping via UPS will already include insurance. We are not responsible for the delivery times. We ship all orders within 3 business days from date of payment clearing. We will not ship COD. The listed shipping rate is for 48 contiguous states only. For all other destinations please e-mail us for shipping rates. Buyers agree to cover these extra shipping costs, if they are necessary. ----------------------------------- Return Policy If the item is defective upon receipt, please email us within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Call tags are not available. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable for any purchases.
