Terms
All parts are brand new, will ship all parts on next business day after FULL payment and COMPLETED mailing address received. We will ship either by UPS groud or Post office mail depends on the size of the item. Canada and other area where is not in lower 48 states, buyers must ask for extra shipping quote first. We will not ship if not enough shipping and handling charge received untill total balance recevied.
Return policy
All returns must be pre-approved by our staffs either by email or phone first. Item (s) which is returning must be in BRAND NEW condition, we will inspect returned item first then will issue either partial credit or full refund back to buyer. To qualify a full refund, you must have received WRONG item (not as invoice described) or DOA (Dead on arrival) item, and must report within 7 days to claim it. For damages, if by ups, buyer/receiver must contact ups first for damage claim, then we will take care the rest, will either send new item or full credit AFTER approve by UPS. If buyer feels don't like the item within 7 days after received it, still can return but will charge 15% restocking fee and S/H is non-refundable. No refund or return or exchange after 7 days unless approve by our manager, no exception.
