Welcome! Our 6,400 square foot "Brick and Mortar" retail store was founded in February of 2004.

We're crazy about eBay, and we've surpassed or goal of 1,400 feedbacks with a 100% satisfaction feedback rating. Our detailed feedback ratings are consistently 4.9 and 5.0 across all "5 Star" rating categories.

We ship every business day until 5:30 PM (Pacific Time). Items purchased on weekends usually ship the following Monday.

Your item may arrive appearing that it was opened. This does NOT mean you are getting a used item! Your item may appear opened because we unpack and carefully inspect all items before shipping. We repack and re-tape everything as best we can, but sometimes a sealed package can never appear in original condition once it has been opened and the contents inspected.

Please see the "Shipping" section of each item's eBay listing to see the shipping cost and normal method of shipping for that item.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping - these issues are best resolved directly between the customer and the carrier. We are happy to assist you in tracking shipments or filing damage claims.

International shipments: We automatically designate "gift" shipping designation unless you inform us otherwise. Buyer is responsible for international tariffs and brokerage fees (if any).

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, and we gladly refund your return shipping cost.

Returned items must be in original condition, with original packaging.

"Store" and "Fixed Price" Listings: If you purchase something through our store or a fixed price listing - then change your mind - we understand! As long as we haven't shipped the item we will gladly cancel the transaction through eBay and refund your purchase price.

Auction-Style listings: Serious bidders only, please! We can not cancel these types of transactions.

We reserve the right to refund payment in lieu of shipping product.
