CameraSpot - Return Policy For most eBay purchases we offer our standard 7 day return policy.  In store this means 7 days from the date of your receipt, but for eBay purchases we have changed the policy so that you   now have 7 days from the day the item is delivered.  This allows you time to check the item out and decide if it is what you wanted.  The buyer must contact our store and notify us within that 7 day period if she or he wishes to return the item. The item must then be returned to our store in a timely manner. The cost of shipping is the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.  All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, including all packaging, instructions, and warranty paperwork.  There are some items we offer on eBay that are not returnable.  Please check each individual auction for the exact terms of that purchase.

CameraSpot - Tax Information     CameraSpot.com operates from our main store in  Buffalo, NY.  Our retail stores in  Buffalo are called Delaware Camera.  Because we are a  retail business, we are required  to charge 8.75% sales   tax for  items picked  up at one of our  stores or shipped to a  New York location.  Any items shipped outside of New York will not be charged sales tax. If an item is returned, any sales tax that had been applied to the sale will be refunded as well.      For International Orders:  Items shipped to  International addresses  will not be charged sales tax by our  company.  However,  the law requires we  fill out a customs form declaring the item as  merchandise and indicating the  actual dollar value of the item.  As a result, your country may assess taxes and/or duty fees on the item. These charges are a result of International policies and whatever fees are assessed will be collected at the time of delivery.  CameraSpot.com has no involvement in this part of the process.

United States Orders: Payment and Shipping Information Payment Methods: PayPal, Credit Cards For security reasons, orders paid for by Credit Card will only be shipped to the billing address of the card. Note: We do not accept Personal Checks or Bank-to-Bank transfers. Available Shipping Methods: 48 United States: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and USPS Priority Mail. Alaska and Hawaii: USPS Priority Mail (UPS is also available but a surcharge will be included). US Armed Forces (APO, FPO) and US Territories (PR, Guam, etc): USPS Priority Mail only.
