guarantee your items to be brand new and 100% authentic
or YOUR MONEY BACK.
International buyers, please do not ask us to declare
your item as a "gift" or "sample" on the customs forms
to avoid duties. Any duties and customs fees are the
responsibility of the buyer and we cannot declare your
item a "gift" or "sample. We will abide by all US laws
and will declare your item's value at the full purchase
price (winning bid). |

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: |

We encourage
you to check and double check all sizes and measurements
described in listing and compare them to similar items
in your wardrobe. We also urge you to inspect all
of the pictures available within the listing and ask us
as many questions as necessary for you to make the best
decision possible. It is your responsibility to
carefully research, compare, and choose your product.
Because of the low prices offered on eBay and to
minimize our overhead costs, all sales are final - no
refunds will be issued. Runway Fashion will not accept any items for return or
exchange for reasons including, but not limited to:
improper fit and incorrect size. The only instance
where an exchange will be considered, is when an error
is made on our part in the auction listing (slight color
variations from pictures, different stickers from ones
found in pictures and lack of stickers found in the
pictures will not be considered an error). Often,
the pictures displayed in our listings are not of the
actual item you will be receiving, but rather of another
item just like it. So, please remember that not
all pictures are perfect and some products may allow for
slight variation in color and style from item to item.
An error on our part may only be something of substance
that may otherwise compel a reasonable person not to
forgo with the transaction (examples: wrong model number
in the listing or wrong item sent to you).
Exchanges will be approved at our staff's discretion.
Of course, all of our itmes are guaranteed to be brand
new and 100% authentic or your money back. We also
inspect all items before they are shipped to ensure that
there are no defects. So, rest assured that your
item will be of top quality and will arrive in excellent
condition. Items returned for exchange must be in
"like-new" condition and include all original
accessories, extras, paperwork, etc. Used or worn
items may not be exchanged. All items must have
all original tags and/or stickers in place. Your
desire for an exchange, because you believe we made an
error, must be
communicated to us via e-mail within three (3) days of the receipt of
item. Any and all exchanges must be
authorized by our staff. Any refund authorized by
our staff will carry a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible
for all shipping charges. |
