I strive to give everyone, both those that buy from me and those I buy from, excellent Customer Service. I enjoy receiving positive feedback, and enjoy leaving it.

When someone buys from me, I will communicate with them throughout the process. Communication is key! I send the invoices quickly. and once cleared payment is received, I ship the items out as quickly as daily life permits. I prefer PayPal as it lets me ship items rapidly. I like to let each buyer know as soon as their item is in the mail. That way, they know when it should arrive.

All my listed items are described to the best of my ability. I try to share, with both words and pictures, as much information about each item as I can. I welcome any information on my listed items that I may have missed, and frequently post questions to my listings to help other potential bidders.

When I buy from someone, I try to use PayPal if available. It's so much quicker for everyone involved. Again, communication is key! If they tell me when the item was shipped, I know when it should arrive.
