Thanks for looking at my items.  My name is Mandell and I live in Denver. I specialize in cameras and other photographic equipment, however I sell a broad range of products. Most of my sales are from finds at estate, garage, or yard sales; the flea market, other internet sources, and items I am asked to sell for others.

My feedback shows that I endeavor to keep buyers happy with accurate descriptions.  It is apparent that accurate descriptions are not expected, so you can see that items received are sometimes better than expected. If you have a problem with an item you purchased, please contact me so we can work something out. 

However, I do not require buyers to purchase insurance, this is a service to you.  If you choose to not insure an item, do not expect a refund for something damaged or lost in transit. I test items to the extent I can, and indicate when I am unable to test, or do not test an item.  Do not expect the item to be better than described. If I state something is working, it means that it was working when I packed it. If the post office rolls a box down the stairs and something inside stops working properly, and it's not insured, that isn't my problem.

I do appreciate you bidding.  I ask bidders to ask questions before bidding. I always include the shipping cost to the contiguous 48 states, so don't ask about that. I will not negotiate shipping on items except when there are multiple auctions won. All bidders know what the shipping is as it is stated in the auction. I will not put false information on customs forms - it's my signature that is on it.  If that is a problem for you, don't bid.
