About Dealtree-Closeouts

The stuff we sell under DEALTREE-CLOSEOUTS is sold AS IS.

It may be broken, freight damaged, or missing parts.  We tell you what we know in the listing - but what we have is what you get. 
 
Frequently Asked Questions
I won - Now what happens? We will send you an email instructing you how to pay for the auction and specifying the grand total.  The email is sent to the email address on file with ebay for your userid - So make sure you check that email account. 
I have not received the email yet what can I do? If the auction has just ended or you used buy-it-now, you can checkout using the "CLICK HERE TO CHECKOUT" link in the middle of the auction listing description.

Our automatic emails can sometimes take up to 2 hours to be sent after the auction end.  If you have not received our email after 24 hours, please Click Here to send us a message to look into your order.
How do I pay for an Auction? You can pay for your order using VISA, MASTERCARD, or PAYPAL.

All payments must come from a USA Based account.

Do you ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii? We do not currently ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time
Can you combine multiple shipments to reduce the cost of shipping and handling? Other than Dutch Auctions or Bundles - we do not offer combined shipping - Since we ship each item on a separate invoice, and items may ship from multiple warehouses we cannot easily combine multiple orders.
Can I pickup my order? Check with us before placing the bid.  Many items are shipped from 3rd party warehouses in other locations so will-call orders may not be available. 
If pickup is available, then we will reduce the shipping and handling costs by 50% when you pickup the order.
What warranty is offered by Dealtree? Dealtree-closeouts sells this item AS IS with no returns. We will try and document all damage to the best of our ability. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.   We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling. 

If you are not happy with the condition of the item you receive from us we will make a reasonable attempt to make it right with you. - We want repeat customers!
When will you leave me feedback? Every day at about 7:00am Pacific time, we automatically leave positive feedback in response to all the positive feedback we receive. 
Is the item you have compatible with my system? In most cases - all we can confirm is that the manufacturer part number matches the item, and that the description is provided for this item by the manufacturer. We are unable to confirm compatibility, or specific technical question about the item, since we are not the manufacturer.
All the information we about the item is contained in the listing.
I bid on an item but changed my mind - can I cancel my bid? If the auction has already ended you cannot cancel your bid. Please read eBay's information on bid retractions
Can I phone Dealtree? But we encourage you to use email so we have a record on file.
