Hi, I'm Debbie

I started on Ebay to sell my doll clothes and crafts. I fell in love with it.

Four years ago my grandson was born and I couldn't bare the thought of him going into daycare with strangers, but I needed an income. So, I quit my job, got my license and opened a small (3 pre-schoolers) daycare in my home. I now use Ebay to help suppliment my income so I can continue to stay home with my grandson. He will be going to kindergarden in September but my daughter is expecting another baby in August, so I will be home taking care of another grandchild. UPDATE: 7/26/09- All my daycare kids are gone (even my grandson) due to the falling auto industry here in Michigan. Now my Ebay sales have to buy my groceries. Hope things improve soon.

I have added many more patterns to my store. You will find OOP (out of print) patterns & novelty fabrics. All patterns are uncut, I open each package to check.

Welcome to our store. I knew when I was very small that I could draw. When I was in grade school, a teacher paid me to do a picture for her party. I graduated from the Pittsburg Art Institute and then moved to Scotland with my family. When I came back 5 years later, I took a job in retail and became quite busy. Starting out as a starving artist was not the way to support a family, so my artwork went to the sideline. Once in a while I attend an occasional art fair or competition. In the last one I entered, I won first place.

Now that the kids are grown I'm ready to try my art again. Now seems like a good time. I hope you like what you see.
