directly, with no middle-man. Because of these relationships,
Dexclusive.com is not bound by the mandatory retail pricing of
traditional dealer/supplier contracts. Additionally, because
Dexclusive.com only sells online, their overhead is very low.
This allows them to pass their huge savings on to you.
Both their mens
watches and ladies watches will arrive in their original
packaging, with their serial numbers intact. All fine gold and
diamond jewelry will arrive with an official Dexclusive.com
Certificate of Authenticity. They do not sell used or
refurbished watches and do not accept trade-in watches or
jewelry of any kind.
They ship their
luxury wristwatches and fine gold and diamond jewelry all over
the world from the U.K. to Australia; from Kuwait to Malaysia.

within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Return items up to January 15, 2009!
All orders placed between November 1,
2008 and December 31, 2008 are eligible for the extended return
period, provided that they are placed using the extended return
coupon code "EXTRET". Orders placed without using the extended
return coupon code "EXTRET" are not eligible and are subject to
the parameters of the standard return policy. To process an
item(s) under the extended return policy, the Dexclusive
customer must complete a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
and send it with the accompanying merchandise postmarked no
later than January 15, 2009. No exceptions. Items must be
returned in original condition, meaning that it has to be unworn
and unaltered, including resizing or modifying the timepiece or
jewelry. Additionally, the item(s) must be sent back with the
seal unbroken in its original box and all paperwork intact.
"Original condition" means that it must have no scratches,
marks, or blemishes. Also, the manufacturer tags and protective
stickers have not been removed. Note that dings and scratches
will happen even if a watch or piece of jewelry has only been
worn for a few hours. All returns not eligible for the extended
return period are governed by the terms of the standard return
policy listed below.
If
you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you may
return it within 7 days of the date you received it for a
refund, minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee of the full
order amount
(minimum $25).
You may also choose a one-time exchange for an item of the same
or higher value at no extra cost
(no restocking fee).
Requesting a second exchange will result in a 10% exchange fee.
Requesting a refund after performing an exchange will result in
a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel your order before it is
shipped, then a 5% restocking fee will apply. We do not accept
returns on special ordered products.
The replacement product will not be shipped until
the original one is received by Dexclusive. Exchanges will be
shipped out within 3 business days of receipt of the returned
item.
Items must be returned in original condition,
meaning that it has to be unworn and unaltered. Items must not
be resizing or modofied in any manner. Additionally, the item
must be sent back with the seal unbroken in its original box and
all paperwork intact. "Original condition" means that it must
have no scratches, marks, or blemishes. Also, the manufacturer
tags and protective stickers have not been removed. Note that
dings and scratches will happen even if a watch or piece of
jewelry has only been worn for a few hours.
All items being returned or exchanged must have an RMA number.
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA)
number, by phone or email prior to returning the item. Any item
returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be
sent back at the buyers expense or an extra $50 RMA processing
fee will apply.
We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx to return
merchandise. For your own protection, please insure your returns
accordingly. Please note that in some cases, the United States
Postal Service (USPS) does not require a signature to process
deliveries and therefore may be a less secure delivery method. .
Any purchases made by either a watch
manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on
their behalf, in any manner are not eligible to be returned to
us for any reason.
All returns and exchanges require 1 week for
processing.
