Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?
Yes. Please mail all Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks to:

information. You will receive a Fedex tracking number via e-mail after your product has been shipped. Please allow 10 business days for a personal check to clear our account.

Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not alren get $5 when you complete PayPal's new account bonus requirements. To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal's website at: www.paypal.com. Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a Fedex tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.fedex.com and entering your tracking number.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via Fedex . All of our items ship under our own Fedex account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, Fedex usually takes 1-4 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover Fedex Ground, Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day delivery with insurance for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a Mississippi company, we are required by state law to charge 7.00% sales tax when shipping to Mississippi state addresses only.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by Fedex. You may call Fedex Customer Service at 1.800.Go.FedEx® (800.463.3339), and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact Fedex Customer Service and our offices immediately.

4)expedited service is estimated at 4 - 9 days

5)insurance is optional - if no insurance has been purchased there is no tracking information available. insurance is always advised. the buyer understands that the seller is not liable for shipments that are not received/damaged if insurance was not purchased.
6)insurance is not provided on any po box shipments if insurance is paid on a po box shipment it will be refunded.
7)combined orders to same location always will receive a shipment discount.
