Payment & Feedback
On eBay we proudly accept Paypal as our preferred method of payment. Sorry, no CODs or personal checks. We will leave Feedback for you once the purchase is completed and you've left us feedback. Please contact us if you experience any difficulty before leaving us neutral or negative feedback. We're here to help you!
Shipping
We ship with USPS and FedEx every day except major holidays and Sundays. Items ordered before 1PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Sometimes we can ship later, so please give us a call if you need special consideration.
For Express and Expedited shipping, orders must be in before noon.
Shipping damages must be reported immediately so that we may start the claims process. We cannot accept returned merchandise that has been physically abused or damaged unless a claim is made with the post office or FedEx.
Return Policy
Please be sure you need this product before ordering. There is a restocking fee if the item is returned within the first 30 days. For factory defects, the restocking fee is waived, but you may not return a product after 30 days. Defects and damages must be reported immediately! We will only exchange for like or similar product after 30 days, so please be sure the product you are purchasing meets your requirments (especially if you are purchasing a spare lamp).
We do not accept returns without an Return Authorization number, so please call in for an RA number before sending product back to us.

All parts carry a 30, 90, or 180 day warranty-please see listing information above for details.
Restocking Fees
For all working products returned within the first 30 days of purchase, we charge a 30% restocking fee.
