There are no returns on item purchases unless:
1: Item is not the actually item. I.E. wrong item shipped or misinterpreted item.

2: Returns are only accepted within 7 business days of receipt of item.
3: Buyers pay for reshipping charges and will not be reimbursed less stated otherwise.
4: If item is defective there may be an exchange but buyers have 14 days to make a claim from date of delivery .
5: All claims for damaged good upon arrival must be reported to their respective shipping companies then reported to us so that we may follow up with the claims.
6: All claims of items must be packaged the same way it was received for inspection by carrier and by us to ensure item was damaged during shipment or item missing during shipment.
7: Items must be in original package with all original contents. Any item with alterations made will make refund/exchange invalid.
8: We reserve the right to invalidate a return or exchange if item does not match guidelines set forth by our policies.
9: Please contact us prior to return for information about how to handle returns.
10: Any other refunds that may be applied are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

1: All payments must be received within 10 business days after end of auction. A Non-paying bidder warning will be sent and a strike may be sent through ebay

2: Customers may pay by: Paypal (is preferred, paypal id: ebay@dnamotoring.com), Money Order/Cashiers Checks, and Personal Check (subject to a longer holding period to clear payment)

3: When sending payment through post mail please include: ebay item # / auction item #, name of auction item and shipping address. All payments may be put on hold if incorrect information is provided.

1: Most items will be shipped with UPS or shipped by USPS.

2: Domestic Shipping rates apply to all 48 continuous states

3: AK, HI, PR shipping rates are same as Canada.

4: Items will be shipped 24 hours of payment verification.

5: All international orders may be subject to their customs fees or brokerage fees or duty tax which we do not pay.

6: All buyers must pay for their own customs fees or brokerage fees or duty tax.

7: These fees vary due to price of item and government rate, please contact your government website or shipping company to calculate these fees.
