After 9/11, Downtowngal left her executive recruiting job and turned her sights towards her love of fashion. In the Spring of 2002, Downtowngal Shoes & More was born, specializing in high-end designer shoes and accessories. Since that time Downtowngal Shoes & More has grown to selling over 20 different designer brands while keeping the philosophy of providing high-end designer shoes without designer prices.
Currently Downtowngal and her dedicated staff call Colorado their home. Our team will continue to provide our customers with one of the largest online selections of high-end designers and fashions around.

Downtowngal purchases all items from major retail establishments as well as from direct manufacturer relationships. When possible, all merchandise contains original retail packaging, labels and in some cases the retail tag. We are hyper-aware that our industry is polluted with so-called bargain designer e-tailers that sell fake merchandise under the "authentic" claim. The sad truth is that most of these e-tailers fake products are manufactured using child labor---mostly in third world countries.

Downtowngal strongly admonishes this practice and we are currently donating portions of our profits (for specific product categories) to the International Initiative To End Child Labor. We hope our efforts and the efforts of others will start to offset the difficulties these children and their families face--just to meet the basic necessities of life.
