ABOUT US
Here at the Ducati Depot
we specialize in New and Used parts for late model Ducati
motorcycles from 1991-2008 (Superbike, Supersport, Monster,
ST, Multistrada, Hypermotard). We especially pride
ourselves on selling quality used Ducati parts at reasonable
prices.
All of the used parts we
sell are in fully functional condition unless otherwise
noted. All of our used parts are cleaned, examined,
described and photographed to the best of our ability.
However, please keep in mind that used parts may show signs
of usage. Also, while we do our best to visually inspect
all of the parts we sell, there is also the possibility that
damage may exist that is not readily visible.
New items are exactly
that – new, never used. New items may or may not include
retail packaging, which will be specified in the item
description.
If you have any questions
regarding any of the parts we have listed for sale, please
remember that the time to ask those questions is PRIOR to
placing your bid.
TRUST
We
understand that some people may have reservations about
buying items on ebay. We encourage you do to your homework
on us – we have been doing business on ebay since January of
2001 and in that time have completed over 11,000 successful
transactions, with a current feedback approval rating of
99.6%.
Please
take a moment to look at our feedback: positive, neutral and
negative. We do not boast a perfect feedback record, and we
cannot assure you that every single transaction will go off
without a hitch. We try our hardest to insure every
customer’s satisfaction on every order, but we are not
perfect. That said, nobody can ever accuse us of not
trying to make a situation right.
