I've been collecting since the l950's and gathering research items-magazines-books-newspapers till I think my house will sink to bedrock soon if the Puyallup River doesn't rise.I have offered clippings on various movie stars for some 30 years and if you collect, ask about this--newspaper, magazine, movie ads, even Swedish and British material.
Research
I publish the quarterly CELEBRITY DOLL JOURNAL research on stars, artists, topics, paper dolls, dolls and patterns, now in year 39 plus booklets on Shirley Temple, catalog reprints, Kewpie comics, design books on Sunbonnets & Overalls, on Santa, on Raggedy Ann and Andy and regularly adding more; plus reprint comic paper dolls. My (Nov. 200l) book THE SHIRLEY TEMPLE SCRAPBOOK was presented in a special leather bound edition from Danbury Mint's Easton Press autographed by both Shirley and her husband, a special joy because I DO ADMIRE Shirley Temple Black SO MUCH. A regular paperback edition of the original book came out in Sept., 2003. Meanwhile I have all my SHIRLEY'S picture books available, autographed if you request it (free). Write me to request a full listing of the reference issues or reprint items including paper dolls, original artist paper dolls of stars and films and comic characters, Kewpies, Sunbonnets, Raggedy Ann, Shirley Temple, Dionnes , Teenie Weenies, Burgess and Cady, and lots more and watch as I work at listing them all on eBay. Careful work, accurate, reasonable.
I'm working on a special project to share my rare collection of early Shirley Temple photos--from films, publicity, news services. I'm using a super color laser machine for fab toning and detail and sell an 8xl0 for $3. Let me know if you are interested. I even send on approval with your deposit.
I offer items on eBay auction as eridon1929 but NOT the latest craze stuff: quality material for serious collectors and researchers and also lots of fun old nostalgia stuff. Not for making people envious but to make people happy.
