A. Christian Family Media is a husband and wife team. We are just regular people just like you. We are not a big company that will not answer the telephone or e-mails. We try to answer most e-mails within hours not days. We currently ship three days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We offer multiply ways of shipping so you can choose to get your items fast or the least expensive. We ship international. We welcome first time buyers and willing to offer help and advice. We also will ship to our Military around the world. We try to work with everybody. Do not be afraid to ask us a question. We do this because we enjoy running a small business and because it provides a little extra income.

A. Our mission is to keep our priorities in focus which are God, family and then Ebay. We believe in giving back to the community and on a monthly basis give back to our Church and to Charities. We sell only new items that come directly from an authorized business within the United States. You never have to worry about getting anything but the real deal. We try to offer the best customer service possible.
Q. I bought a few items; I am not sure how much to pay?
A. I will always send an invoice by e-mail within a few hours if you do not pay instantly.
Q. What is a Region Code for DVD's?
A. DVD's are coded into 6 Regions. For example Region 1 codes will only work in the US and Canada. Some DVD's will be coded Region 0 which means it will play anywhere. International buyers be very careful and read the descriptions to make sure you are buying DVD's that will play in your Region. Most of my DVD's will be Region 1, but some come Region 0.
Q. Why do you charge sales tax in the state of Maryland?
A. Because it is the law. I have a Federal and State Tax Certificate that allows me to sell. I am registered with the Federal and State Government. All businesses should be licensed even on Ebay.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. YES! If you can pay by Paypal, then I can ship it to that Country. My only request is to pay in US dollars on Paypal. This helps protect you and me. I have shipped to over 50 countries around the world in the last 4 years.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept return items only if they were damaged during shipping or defective. Please e-mail me at vze34twb@verizon.net for instructions and address on returning the item. The damaged item must be returned within 30 days of receiving. Once the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged we will refund the return shipping cost and mail a new replacement item.
Q. Do you give feedback?
A. We always leave feedback within a few days of payment. We do not believe in the trading of feedback. If you paid promptly and communicated well, you deserve a Positive. If you did not pay or answer to e-mails in a timely manner, then we file Unpaid Item Dispute to get our Ebay fees back. We are very patient and will work with anybody. As long as the lines of communication are open.
Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. Yes. It is clearly stated we combine shipping on all auction and store items.
Q. I just paid, when do I get my item?
A. We currently ship 3 times a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We offer multiple shipping options. Media Mail is the cheapest and slowest. This could take two weeks to arrive. First Class Mail is offered only on items 13 OZ. or less. Arrives within a week. Priority Mail is the quickest and most expensive. Usually arrives within 2-3 days but sometimes takes a little more. International orders ship Airmail Letter Post. Usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Q. Can you e-mail me when you receive payment, ship, and leave feedback?
A. We ship about over 100 packages a week. We try to keep our customers informed as much as possible within our limits. Paypal sends e-mails to both parties when paid. I will always e-mail you when I receive a check or money order in the mail. I will always e-mail you when your item ships. If you did not get the e-mail, then check your junk e-mail box. A lot of e-mails get blocked or cannot be delivered.
Q. I live nearby, can I pick the item up?
A. Yes. I will meet you on neutral ground as long as it is within 5-10 miles of my location.
Q. Do you ship to APO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico?
A. Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes. I sometimes even throw in a little extra for our fine brave people serving in the military.
Q. I really want your item now, but what happens if I get outbid at the last minute?

A. Yes, we pack all our CD's and DVD's in new bubble mailers. We copy all customers' addresses directly from Paypal or Ebay and print them on labels to minimize mistakes and make it easier for the post office to read the address.
Q. What happens if I did not get the right item or it arrives broken or defective?
A. Everybody makes a mistake once in a while. We are all human. We have put in practices to minimize mistakes, but just e-mail us and we will make it right.
Q. I cannot find an item or I am looking for that movie in VHS?
A. Just drop us an e-mail. I will try to find that item and give you a quote within 24 hours. I have access to over 200,000 items from my US distributors.
Q. What is Shipping and Handling?
A. Shipping and handling is the most miss-understood term on Ebay. Shipping and handling is the actual shipping cost plus all the little extras it takes to make sure your package arrive safely. It includes bubble mailers, peanuts, bubble wrap, boxes, labels, ink, gas, paper, Post Office waiting and many other little costs it takes to effectively run a business by mail. Please keep in mind all major companies charge shipping and handling fees higher than the actual fee from the Post Office or UPS.
