Payment
GearXS accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express. we DO
NOT accept gift cards and non US issued
credit cards.

Note:
Credit card must
be issued by a US bank.
Payment must be
received within seven (7) days of
auction close. Unpaid auction wins will
be forfeited after seven (7) days and a
Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay
to recover the closing fees of the
auction. If you wish to combine multiple
auctions for shipping, please make sure
the closing dates from the first auction
to the last auction are within seven

After winning an item in auction or
completing a Buy It Now purchase, you
have two check-out options:

You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase
without waiting for an email confirmation.
Check-Out Later:
If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, or or wish to combine multiple
auctions for shipping, there is no need to contact us to arrange
payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of
auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure
checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay
for your purchase.

We offer shipping to all 48 continuous United States .For Hawaii,
Alaska, and Puerto Rico please contact GearXS.com before you commit Buy It
Now.

Shipping insurance is already
included (unless the checkout show
optional USPS insurance ).

No International shipments or hotel
addresses.

GearXS is not responsible for any
shipping delays by the shipping

FREE SHIPPING offers are only
available to destinations in the
continental US.

Hawaii,

Failed deliveries by reason of
customer's absence at requested

reshipped. Failed deliveries will
not qualify for a full refund.

Processing Time
You
can expect your order to be processed and shipped out within one to two business
days.
Sales Tax
An 8.75% Sales tax is applied to all
orders shipping to Illinois.
Discounts

from GearXS are not eligible for discounts or any
other coupon or discount offers.

Warranty
All items carry a 14 day in-house
warranty. Please refer to the product description and product manufacturer for
additional warranty information.
Technical Assistance
GearXS does not provide technical
support. Please contact the product
manufacturer for technical assistance
(if available).
Return Policy
If you believe that the product you
received is defective you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(MA number before returning the product(s). To obtain an RMA please

Products shipped back to GearXS without a Return Merchandise Authorization
('RMA') number will be rejected and returned back at Customer's expense. Please
read this return policy:
-
Customers must inspect all goods upon
receipt and notify GearXS within 7
calendar days if any products are
missing or damaged.
- All return
requests must happen within 14 days from the date of receiving the
product(s).
- CPU and memory
must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Due to
manufacturer policy, all software, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, and
Blank Media products are not returnable.
- A 15%
restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund, and non-defective items
shipped back to GearXS.
- If your return
is tested and found to be in working order the items will be re-stocked. We
will then notify you that your RMA has been changed to an in-house credit.
- All direct
replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement
for a returned item is not available, a credit will be issued.
- Shipping
charges are non refundable. If a return should take place on a FREE SHIPPING
item(s), the actual original shipping/handling costs, a minimum of $5 are
non refundable.
- Customer
agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return
product during shipment. GearXS is NOT responsible for any packages lost or
products damaged during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are
not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.
- Use only
reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for
the entire value of the shipment.
- All returned
products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include
the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other
accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned
product is missing GearXS will reject the entire return or may choose to
impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the
missing component.
- All static
sensitive electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and
shock-resistant bubble-wrap. Some cushioning material should be present
between the item and the walls of the box.
- Products must
be returned within 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA number. All RMA
items returned to our warehouse after 14 days from the issuing date of the
RMA will be refused and shipped back at customer's expense.
