have consistently been either the first or second largest musical instrument seller on eBay. We have seen literally hundreds of sellers
come and go since 1998.
Our very most important asset to our company is YOU, our customer. We focus on the very highest of customer satisfaction possible
and that is our goal before anything else. We refuse to have anything but 5 star ratings from our
customers and will work extremely hard to achieve this.
We sell directly to the public a full line of brand new musical intruments and eliminate the 4-5 markups before an instrument reaches a
music store this way. We buy as many as twelve to thirteen 40 foot high cube cargo containers at a time direct from the factories and
pass these savings directly on to you.
We do try extremely hard to satisfy each customer and refuse to have anything but 5 star ratings
from our customer.
Our succesfull business wouldn't be possible without all of you *SUPER* eBay buyers that have purchased from us in the past 12+

General Bidding Terms
Read all listings thoroughly and ask any and all questions before bidding. Please do not purchase an item and then ask questions
or this could end up as a non payment item from eBay.
You are bidding on exactly what is stated. If there is no mention of a specific item in the listing, then it is absolutely not included in
the sale.

Payment must be received (not postmarked) within 7 days of auction close.
USA customers ONLY may pay with a Visa or Master Card over the phone by calling toll free at 877-878-5877 or 406-327-0732.
Customers from the 50 States of the USA ONLY may pay with Personal checks, business checks, Postal,
Wal*Mart, Travelers Express, Western Union money orders and cashiers checks are all accepted. Postal, Wal*Mart, Travelers
Express &, Western Union money orders will get your item shipped the very same or next day as the payment arriving to us.
However, you MUST allow 14-18 days for processing ALL personal or business checks to clear. Cashiers checks, Bank Checks and
non-authorized money orders require 14 days to clear, due to recent fraud issues. No exceptions are made.
We accept PayPal payments. We will only ship to PayPal addresses given to us by Paypal. If your address is unconfirmed, we will
check to see if the payment is eligible before shipping. If it is not eligible, the item will not be shipped. Please do not type an address
into the notes field of your payment and ask us to ship the item to that address. This is not accepted by Paypal. The payments that are
not eligible will be refunded and another form of payment will be expected. There are NO exceptions. This is to protect both ourselves
and our customers from fraud.
Items paid for by PayPal or credit card that clears will ship within one business day unless othrwise noted in the auction.
International Payments: For International Buyers except Canada, a Bank-to-Bank Money Transfer is the preferred method of
payment. It is secure and quick. You will need to contact us for details by e-mail to greattunesmusic@gmail.com . Our preferred form of
payment from our Canada customers is to send a Canada Post Money Order but a Bank-To-Bank Money Transfer is accepted or a
Confirmed PayPal payment.
A $25.00 Late Fee will be charged on all returned checks.
No personal, business or unknown bank checks of any kind from countries outside the US will be accepted. Your check will be
sent back to you immediately.
General Shipping Terms
Successful high bidder to pay all shipping, packaging, and insurance charges which is stated in each auction.
We are currently making an exception and shipping to FPO boxes, and APO boxes but Only if paid by a Postal Money Order, a
bank-to-bank money transfer, PayPal ( if it is confirmed) or a personal check on a USA bank. In order to ship to a FPO or APO
address we must have a courier take the item to the Post Office at an additional charge of $15.60 to the buyer.
We can not ship to a PO Box in the lower 48 States of the USA or to Canada since eBay/PayPal requires Fed Ex or UPS
tracking.
We DO NOT ship or accept COD's.
We will not ship on any other shipping account but our own. Due to eBay/PayPal rules we must be able to provide tracking
information pre delivery and post delivery.All shipments leaving here must go out on our Fed Ex account.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable due to a wrong address provided us by the buyer or a refused package, we will not
bear the cost of shipping the item the second time. It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the second shipping costs. These
shipping costs will be deducted from any refund a buyer may ask for even if the auction says Free Delivery.
We will allow customer pick-ups at our location during our hours of operation. The buyer will need to sign a release if picking the
purchase up in person.
Shipping Inside the Continental US
All US shipping to the lower 48 continental states will be done by FedEx Ground.
We will ship US Postal to Hawaii, Alaska or USA Territories but it is an additional charge.
We can ship next day air, 2nd day air or 3rd day air to any of the US states but it iss of course an additional charge to the buyer
for this service. Please keep in mind that next day air is Extremely expensive. Please contact us for a quote on any of these before
bidding.
Shipping Outside the US
Shipping to all foreign countries or US Territories will be shipped through the US Postal System. This service will require a courier
service to drive the package into the city from our warehouse, stand in line at the Post office, and fill out Customs Forms as needed.
This service will be twice weekly and at an additional $15.60 charge per item to the buyer.
We are now offering Fed Ex Air Economy International Shipping. Please email for your greattunesmusic@gmail.com for your Fed Ex
shipping quote.
The shipping cost for mailing any item will vary depending on your location. We must have your complete address with the country
or territory along with your area code to figure the shipping charges. Do not use our stated shipping charges if you are in any of these
areas, our stated charges only apply within the 48 Continental States.
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that another country may impose on a shipment going to a customer. We have
nothing to do with foreign duties or taxes so please make sure you understand and ask your country about these first before bidding
or buying from us.
Damages
Fragile items are packaged with appropriate materials to protect them; However, things can and do happen in transit. Therefore,
we are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or broken items due to shipping mis-handling by FedEx, UPS, The United States Postal
Service, or any international Postal Services.
It is the recipients responsibility to file a damage/loss report in the event damage or loss should occur. It is also the recipients
responsibility to follow through with this claim until it is finalized.We will gladly help all that is needed.
Please note that it usually takes 45-60 days or longer for a damage/loss claim refund!!
When a claims refund is granted from the shipping company, the buyer will receive a new item shipped to them with the new
shipping costs to be split between the buyer and the seller. There will be no refunds in the event of a damage claim. Replacement
only. Shipping fees will not be included in a damage/loss refund! The shipping companies do not include shipping costs in their
refunds/claims.
We will not send out a replacement UNTIL we get the original back or a payment in full for the insurance claim has been made to
us- no exceptions.
A Re-Stocking fee will be charged for any instrument returned in any condition other than which it was sent. The fee can vary from
20-50% depending on the conditon that it is returned in.
Guarantees and Returns
ALL new Musical Instruments and accessories are sold with a 7-Day Satisfaction guarantee on them from the time that the item is
received by the purchaser. Refunds will be for the original purchase price minus the calculated shipping fee for the orginal shipping.
ALL other items or blemished / damage goods are sold absolutely, positively as-is with Absolutely no refunds, returns or
exchanges! All sales are final.
If dissatisfied with a New Musical Instrument or accessory then you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for an RMA number to
return the item. The purchaser is required to pay the shipping & insurance back to us in this case. The item must be shipped back in
its original box when returned. If an item is damaged or lost by the shipper while being returned to us, then we will make no refund at
all to the purchaser. It is then the purchaser's responsibility to file and claim any insurance money. We will not bear the cost of
returning the damaged item back to the purchaser. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
Warranty
On many instruments we do provide a manufacturers warranty. This will be stated clearly in each auction. If there is no mention of
a warranty in the auction of a specific item then there is no warranty offered. On the items where there is not a manufacturrs warranty
offered we do provide a link in those auctions for the buyer to purchase a warranty through eBay if the buyer desires one. Please refer
to the individual auction for all information about this.
Feedback
We ask that you please post a 5 STAR RATING for us as well as a positive feedback
after a favorable transaction. We are proud of our reputation for offering prompt service, excellent products, and responsive
communications, and want our potential customers to be aware of this. A 5 star rating is the ONLY
way we can continue offering quailty instruments at such a low price. Please help us by leaving nothing less than a 5 star rating so we can continue to service all the customers that rely on our low prices. We will, in return,
promptly post favorable bidder feedback for prompt transactions.
We will submit to eBay a non payment request asking eBay to refund our commission charges back to us from non-paying, late or
lazy bidders. Seven to ten days after the non payment bid alert we will file a Final Value Request with eBay to recover PART of the
eBay fees charged us for the fees created by the buyer that did not pay for the item.
