| Where do we get our stuff? Most of our items are purchased by the truckload from big box retailers. Our items are a mix of overstocks, display models, open box items and customer returns. Much of the time we can't tell exactly which category they fall into, but we make every good faith effort to accurately describe all of our items. We're not experts on everything we sell due to the wide variety of products we offer but we'll try to answer any questions you have!
You should always read the inspection reports on our listings! Sometimes we're able to test items for functionality and sometimes we're not. Our inspection reports will tell you what we've found with the product and make you aware of anything that was not tested with it so that you can make an informed buying decision and properly set the expectation of what you will receive. *** A note to our customers who participated in our Free Shipping with $100 order offer: We are sorry, however that promotion has ended. Our original intent was that customers who purchased a few high dollar items could be rewarded with free shipping. Unfortunately, we didn't anticipate that customers would be purchasing dozens of .99 items and combining them into several very heavy boxes to make a free shipping order that simply cost us significantly more than our cost. In short, we were "losing our shorts!" paying $70-80 shipping on a $100 order so we had to end the promotion. Unfortunately, Ebay has no way of communicating that the promotion will end by a certain date, so we do apologize for the lack of notice, but there was no way to let everyone know of the "sunset" of this offer. |
