We will ship as soon as payment is received/cleared! Please allow personal checks 7 business days to clear. For shipping rates to HI, AK, Canada, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside of the states please contact us.
All shipping goes UPS ground unless you want to pay additional shipping for upgraded service to do this please contact us with your shipping information.
You will receive a email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your item leaves our company, if you don't please check your spam filters or your junk mail folder. If you need your tracking number resent to you email please contact us with your shipping information.
Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days (this does not include weekends or national holidays) depending on what part of the country you live in. Shipping on custom items can take a few days longer to get to your location!
All shipments are sent with free insurance, nothing leaves our warehouse damaged if your item arrives and it is damaged please make a claim with UPS immediately! For information about our return policy or anything else please contact us!
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard via our secure web server, Personal and Cashier's checks (Please allow up to 7 business days for personal checks to clear) and money orders.

As we all know although rare mistakes do happen, if something is incorrect about you item or shipment please contact as immediately so we can resolve it for you in a timely fashion. The information we need to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible is the shipping information, UPS tracking number and your payment method. No matter what the problem is we will make sure it gets resolved as fast as possible and as fair as possible, we will make things right for you!
If you have sent an email to us we will try to get back to you within 2-4 hours 7 days a week. You may experience a drag of communication on national holidays but I can assure you your message is important and it will be answered as soon as possible.
Everyone that works for HiFiSoundconnection has been an installer for at least 10 years and we have a lot of collective knowledge about what we sell, if you have any question about a product please contact us and we will help you to the best of our knowledge. Return Policy
Within 14 days
of receiving your product you may return any merchandise in its original
condition and packaging. The item(s) can be sent in for refund, exchange
or warranty support. We are not responsible for any shipping and/or
handling charges to return an item to Hifisoundconnection The customer
will also be responsible for any return shipping charges on any item
that is exchanged for another model. Hifisoundconnection will pay the
shipping to return ONLY on warranty items that are within the 90 day
in-house warranty policy. Any item that is returned MUST first have
preauthorization (RA) number before sending the package, we reserve the
right to refuse delivery. If your package is missing, includes a wrong
item or, if the package/ item is damaged in shipping you need to contact
us within 24 hours after the package is received. You can email
sales@hifisoundconnection.com to obtain
authorization and/ or any questions regarding our policy.
Exceptions:
Due to the
custom nature of some items we cannot accept returns under any condition
other than warranty support. The following CANNOT be returned:

Cut to length Speaker / Power

Subwoofer Enclosures and / or
MTX Thunderform boxes

Any speaker or subwoofer with
actual physical damage (Tears, Rips, Dents, Surround Damage

Installation Parts (Dash Kits
and Harnesses)

Products without a
pre-authorized (RA) return number

Any product after the 14 day
period
All returned packages will be
inspected, processing can take up to a 2 weeks for warranty, exchanges
and returns. Any item sent into us for a refund is subject to a minimum
of a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. We also do NOT
refund the original shipping price. We reserve the right to charge a
35.00 flat fee on warranty/ exchanges if the original product packaging
is not included. Other fees associated with items not included with the
returned merchandise such as bass knobs, fuse holders, manuals, etc that
were not included with the package are also subject to additional fees
depending on the item not included.
