| Payments are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.We make every attempt to ship your items within one business day of cleared payment. In the event we experience an inventory issue or a shipping problem – we will notify you within 24 hours.We offer several types of shipping options to you during checkout. Combined Shipping |
| We do offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. Upon winning more than one auction – you will automatically receive a shipping discount on all items that are paid for and shipped together. Please note: In order to take advantage of this feature – all items to be combined must be checked out within 7 days of the first item won (i.e. if you won an item on a Monday and then another item on a Thursday – they can be combined. If you won an item on a Monday and then another one 2 weeks later – the combination feature will not be available).When an item or group of items is shipped – you will automatically receive an email containing the date that the items shipped, the address and the tracking / delivery confirmation number. If you notice a correction that needs to be made upon receiving this email - please contact customer service immediately. |

Return Policy |
| Home Network Supply does offer a 30 day unconditional return policy.If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please visit our returns page for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Home Network Supply warehouse within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.If a product is not defective - the buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.NOTE: Home Network Supply recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Home Network Supply or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. |

When do you leave feedback for buyers?
Due to the volume of transactions that Home Network Supply experiences – all of our feedback is left automatically upon our receiving a payment for an item.How long can I wait to pay for my item?
You have 7 days to pay for an item. On the 8th day – we reserve the right to re-list the item and file with eBay for a refund of our Final Value Fee on that specific item.
