Our process is to reply to email immediately and ship lightening fast using USPS postage. Shelley covers the customer service email and packaging and Jim the shipping and handling, also the email for technical help.

For non-PayPal orders, we ship immediately upon receipt of money order payments and within 5 days of a check receipt. We ask that you please remit your payment within 7 days of receiving notification of your winning bid. Our local Post Office is very friendly and they usually handle our items with the utmost care. Occasionally, an item will get crushed, torn, stomped on and generally mishandled. We cannot guarantee that your item will not be mishandled so we suggest that you add $1.30 to you final price for insurance.
