Shipping
We only ship to the
lower 48 states* of America by common carrier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Most
items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order.
As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking
number. Please allow 10 to14 business days following shipment for your order to
be delivered.

Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply

to set up a RETURN #, ship it back
to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this
does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, some
items have specific return directions. We must receive your returned purchase
within 14 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. After we have received
your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the
approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item
excluding shipping and handling charges . We do not accept returned items that
have been used or laundered. Items returned must be in their original condition
and packaging or that may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
