Please email for a shipping quote BEFORE you bid. Any payments made with an incorrect shipping amount "randomly" entered will be refunded, and a correct invoice will be sent.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS CANNOT BE MARKED AS A "GIFT" ON CUSTOMS FORMS.

International items generally ship out within 2-4 days of payment received, and ship out via USPS to avoid high brokerage fees, for your convenience. We welcome international business but will only put accurate information on customs forms. Any duty or taxes charged by your government or postal service are your responsibility. International items may take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs, and no delivery time is guaranteed.

Our Shipping and handling fees include the cost of the postage, shipping materials, time, and any necessary paperwork. We use delivery confirmation and can verify whether your item has been delivered or not. We reserve the right to ship items from a 3rd party supplier if necessary.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your shipping address is correct. If you item is returned to us due to your mistake, we will charge a fee to re-ship your item.

We want all of our buyers to be satisfied with their purchase.

If you purchase a new, sealed item, and the item is defective upon opening, we will gladly replace the item. Defective items can only be replaced, not refunded. However, THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US, WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, before we will issue any replacement. We will gladly pay the return shipping costs, and the cost to ship your new item, if applicable.

Items returned as unwanted must still be factory sealed to be eligible for a refund. Original shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded, and return postage is your responsibility. The item must be securely packaged and delivery confirmation must be obtained. You must email us before returning your item.Once your payment is refunded we will request through Ebay for a mutual cancellation of the original transaction, due to the item being returned, and you must agree to this. Open items cannot be returned unless defective.

Item must be returned and inspected by us before a refund or replacement is issued. Please contact us BEFORE you send you item back. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF CONTACTING US and within 30 days of your order.
