2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. Seller assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves Seller’s possession. Any shipping assistance offered by Land Rover Hinsdale is done so strictly as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles shall be between Buyer and the shipper, not with Land Rover Hinsdale.
   
3. Delivery time is dependent on the carrier and weather conditions, but is generally 7-21 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify directly with the shipper for an Estimated Time of Arrival.

1. If you place a bid before the final 12-hours of auction duration:
   
   ? You may retract your bid prior to the final 12-hours of auction duration, but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract your bid during the final 12-hours of auction duration.

   ? You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

Buyer's Inspection: Land Rover Hinsdale has made every reasonable effort to accurately disclose and describe all information known about this vehicle for auction in good faith. Land Rover Hinsdale welcomes a buyer’s inspection. If a buyer’s inspection is desired, please make sure that arrangements are made to ensure that the vehicle inspection is completed prior to the completion of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the Buyer’s sole responsibility.

Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Possession: Seller assumes no liability for any errors and/or omissions in the vehicle listing information after Buyer has accepted possession of the vehicle. Any errors and/or omissions not brought to the Seller’s attention prior to Buyer taking possession of the vehicle shall be considered inconsequential to the Buyer’s decision to purchase said vehicle. Possession shall be the final acceptance by Buyer for the vehicle “as is”, and Seller shall not be liable for any future indemnification.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out-of-state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. We do NOT sell any vehicles "tax exempt" and/or for "export" from the US. All vehicles MUST be officially registered to a valid US address at time of sale - no exceptions.

Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time that a vehicle lien payoff is executed. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If any portion of the total payment is made by check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Trade-In Vehicle(s): Buyer's bid to purchase Seller's vehicle will stand as a non-contingent acceptance to purchase said vehicle. At the request of Buyer, Seller may, as a courtesy, offer a trade-in amount determined by the Seller's local wholesale market conditions, for any potential trade-in(s). Buyer will reserve the right to accept Seller's offer, if any, to purchase said trade-in(s), or keep said vehicle(s) for disposition outside and separate from the purchase agreement made on Seller's auctioned vehicle.

Finalizing your Purchase:

1. Land Rover Hinsdale will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
   
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Internet Sales Department at Land Rover Hinsdale by e-mail or via phone at 800-524-8518
   within 24 hours of auction conclusion to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to purchase, or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell it to any other qualified buyer.
   
3. In order to secure the bid on the listed vehicle, the successful bidder (Buyer) must, within 24 hours of auction completion, send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% of the purchase sale price (maximum $2,500.00) by accepted credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card), cash, wire transfer, or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send the balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds to Seller.
   
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed, completed and in the possession of Seller.
   
5. If Buyer should cancel for any reason, after confirming the intent to purchase and placing a deposit on a vehicle, the Seller shall reserve the right to retain any portion, up to the full amount, of the deposit monies receipted as compensation for time, labor, fees, lost sale opportunities, vehicle depreciation, etc.
