Our Listings / Items for sale

We sell a wide range of hosiery & accessories. All of our items are new and unworn. We photograph one of each item in our range, so you can see the exact style you are buying. We take the utmost care over the accuracy of our product descriptions and the colour of our photographs is reproduced as accurately as possible, but how it will appear on the computer you are using will depend on the colour resolution of the monitor and graphics card used. For this reason we cannot guarantee that the colours on your monitor will display with complete accuracy.

All descriptions and photographs in our listings are the copyright of Madame Fantasy Limited and protected under UK and International copyright law. All photos are made by the owner of the company with all rights reserved. Any copying, redistribution or modifying of any part of the photographs displayed on any part of our listings or pages is not allowed.

Postage, packaging & delivery information

All items are send in discreet packaging without any logo, just labeled with a return address:

M F, PO BOX 53, EAST MOLESEY, SURREY, KT8 8AR, United Kingdom .

We send all items in plain unmarked white padded envelopes, every working day Monday to Friday. UK Purchases are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st class and Non UK purchases are normally sent by Airmail Small Packets. Some larger orders may be sent by other courier or parcel delivery. More valuable packages will be automatically sent insured which will be included at our expense within the normal postage price you selected.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your cleared payment and another email to inform you when your item has been dispatched. Postage prices include all handling and packaging charges and are as specified on each listing. Purchasing more than one item attracts a combined postage discount which is offered directly from us. If you would like to combine postage on multiple items, please request total from seller or wait for an invoice.

For orders that total less than £ 30 (GBP), Recorded / Signed-for delivery is available upon request. Recorded delivery costs: UK = £ 1.00 (GBP) extra. Non UK: International Signed-for delivery = £ 4.00 (GBP) extra.

Orders that total £36 (GBP) or more will be automatically sent by Recorded / Signed-for delivery (UK) or International Signed-for delivery (non UK). There will be no extra charge for Recorded / Signed-for delivery for orders that total £ 36 (GBP) or more,you will just pay the normal postage costs as specified on item listings. Other delivery / insurance options are available upon request.

Items paid for before 12 pm (Monday – Friday) will be posted the same day. Items paid for after 12 pm will be posted the next working day. Delivery time depends on which country your order will be shipped to. Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 2 – 3 working days for delivery within the UK. Airmail usually takes 3 – 5 working days to Europe or 3 – 9 working days to the Rest of World.

Payment instructions

Payment should be received within 7 days of item purchase.

UK BUYERS: payment accepted by PAYPAL, PERSONAL CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER. If paying by cheque or postal order, please print your order or include your user ID, item number & delivery address and please make it payable to Madame Fantasy Limited and send to MF, PO box 53, East Molesey KT8 8AR. When paying by cheque, the buyer will need to wait up to 7 working days for the cheque to clear before the item is dispatched.

NON UK BUYERS: Europe & Rest of World: payment accepted by PAYPAL in GBP (pounds sterling) only.

ECHEQUE PAYMENTS: Please note, if you pay Paypal by Echeque it can be up to 14 working days for your payment to clear. We cannot dispatch orders paid for by Echeque until we received cleared funds from Paypal.

Cancellation & Returns

If you have changed your mind and no longer require your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Under the UK distance selling regulations which apply to this shop, you can cancel your order within 14 days of item being received. If your item(s) have already been dispatched and you want to cancel for any reason, please return the item(s) in their original condition as sent to you in the first place. Please note that we do not exchange tights and stockings once the seal on the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.

If you simply change your mind and you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for any return postage costs and for making sure the items arrive back here safely. Recorded delivery is recommended in this case. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of item.

If you would like to exchange an item once received for some other item, you will need to return the item and let us know which item you would like exchange it for. Return postage costs in this case will not normally be refundable and you will have to pay extra postage costs to resend the item.

If the wrong item has been dispatched in error or item is faulty, return postage costs will be refunded to your account upon receipt of the returned item.

To return an item please return it in unworn, unused and in its original condition within 14 days of item receipt.

Please note that items such as stockings or tights are not exchangeable once opened due to hygiene reasons. Any problems, please contact us.
