If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and always try to work with my reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! I strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.
We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!
In order to make sure we have a satisfied customer, we suggest that you read our complete return policy before you make your purchase.
RMA Terms & Conditions:
- Each return MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you return your merchandise.
- All RMA requests must be filed within 14 days (21 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds after 14 days (21 days for international customers).
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, a different RMA number must be requested.
- The use of a carrier that can track packages is strongly recommended when returning merchandise. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. We will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
- Customer must inform us of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurate investigation. Physical damage to any product will void the RMA Policy.
- All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.
- Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
- We reserve the right to refuse service that has violated our return policies.
- Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
Return Policy for Refunds
You may return items sold by us within 14 days from the invoice date (21 days for international customers) for a refund of the purchase price. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all item(s) for a refund must be returned in their "original” condition. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of customer's error.
The following conditions and items will not be accepted for returns or refund:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (21 days for international customers).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item that was damaged during shipment
Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for a refund.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of customer's error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the return time period for the item(s), a RMA may be requested by emailing us at malchow@questforion.com. We will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid for through PayPal, a PayPal refund will be issued. If you made payment by Money Order, you will be issued a Money Order refund.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned item(s) to us. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return item(s) during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned item(s) will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories included with the item(s). We will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing component(s). The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
