Have you ever seen so much flair next to an Ebay sellers name? (icons)
If you do not receive your item in 7 to 10 days (in the USA) and have not heard from me as to why, please let me know.
When Paypal sends you an email, it has a message from me "mailing today"
that is when I print your shipping label, your item is sent that day. The shipping record link is to your parcel, click on it to see the status.
Postal system does not "track" any parcel like UPS but should your item pass though a postal facility with the new APPS equipment, it will receive a scan. (automated package processing system) Only then can you see where is is.
Sellers generate a label electronically, the item number is a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
These scans are posted to the item shipping record, often days after it is delivered
Express mail records are not available until the day AFTER delivery
USPS handles 700 million pieces of mail every day.
UPS handles less than 1 million a day.
Postal system may have lost your article.
After 21 days, if you have not received it, I will send another.
Should you choose to file a Paypal dispute, it will block my ability to print a shipping label through Paypal in order to send a replacement item. Then we will just wait until you recieve the first one or Paypal grants your refund in 30 more days.
When you do things right people won't know you've done anything at all!


NOTICE TO ECHECK BUYERS: Just because you paid does not mean a seller has received the funds.
Echeck transactions are not instant even though Paypal says you have made an instant payment.
It takes 4 to 7 days or more for the seller to be credited with the funds. Then your item ships.

POSTAGE DUE: If you receive an item with postage due greater than 50 cents, It is postal extortion, DO NOT PAY IT, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY with your information and local post office phone number. This happens rarely. Some items shipped in a flat-rate-envelope may have the envelope damaged, the box inside has the flat-rate-label on it too just in case this happens, the box was not shipped without the envelope but it may arrive that way. Do not subject yourself to paying $$$ because I will not refund it. Worst case, it will be returned and I will ship it again at my expense.
Some over zealous postal workers will try to find any reason to upcharge a parcel from 1st class to Priority or disallow a flat-rate box and upcharge for weight,

Chicken or the egg? Which came first?Dinosaur was here before the chicken, so dinosaur egg was first.
Feedback is posted for the buyer after the buyer posts it for the seller. Now with the seller satisfaction gold star system, you will see the true customer service & satisfaction levels.
I leave feedback in batches. Please do not solicit feedback as it is voluntary. It might not bother a small individual seller, but if every one of my buyers sent an email to ask for feedback, it would be 10 every day, 3000 a year, added to the hundreds of emails I get. High volumn sellers have their feedback automated and do not read your feedback request, just be glad it is automated or you would not get it. (some don't speak english). Check the feedback I leave. If you have left feedback before the last batch and were missed, you may send me a reminder. Sellers may only post positive feedback for buyers. There is no reason for a buyer not to post feedback first, once they are satisfied with the physical transaction. Most sellers post feedback, not all buyers participate, so you get what you give, no feedback for the seller = no feedback for the buyer. I do not reply to messages about feedback unless you are receiving this through email or the contact system. This is my only reply.
