Our 3-Step Sales Process
Step 1: Drop it off
Our experienced eBay® education specialists /professionals conduct online research to estimate market value for your item. They’ll work with you to capture pertinent information to assist with photos and detailed descriptions. They’ll explain the consignment agreement and place the item in secured and insured storage. At this time, The Sell It Now Store™ creates and manages the auction and we will manage all correspondence, packing & shipping, and payment collection.
Step 2: Watch the Action
If you provide us with your e-mail address, we will send you a link to the auction so you can watch the action as it happens.
Step 3: Collect Your Check
You don’t have to worry about fraudulent buyers or unpaid items. After your item sells, our specialists will collect payment and professionally pack and ship your item to the winning bidder. Once the transaction is complete, we send you a check. If you prefer, we can also send all or a percentage of the proceeds to your favorite charity.

Our Auctions
As with all Ebay items, your bid is a contract. Do not bid unless you plan on following through. Bid only if you intend to buy and e-mail us with shipping questions or concerns PRIOR to bidding. Foreign bidders: e-mail us before bidding to determine the cost of shipping. Please contact us with any concerns or problems BEFORE leaving feedback. We are more than happy to help with advice, etc. when we sell an item, but once negative or neutral feedback is left, no refund or help will be offered. It is also the buyer's responsibility to carefully examine the pictures and description before buying. As far as items that are broken in transit or other problems: While most items are sold strictly as-is, if both of us agree on a refund, we will pay shipping one way only. In addition, we will not refund the PayPal commission of the refund to you. We are also not responsible for damage by UPS or FedEx, etc. We double box most of what I sell and pack it well, so 99.9% of the packages arrive safely. Unfortunately there are times when either UPS or fedEx are unusually rough with the package.
When bidding, your item needs to be paid in full within one week if paying by money order or cashier's check and 3 days if paying by PayPal or Bidpay, unless we agree otherwise. Contact needs to be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed upon. we will send an e-mail to the high bidder usually within 8 hours of auction end, and a reminder 24 hours later. If within 48 hours, we do not hear from the high bidder, it will either be relisted or sold to a runner-up. We will also request a refund for the end of auction fee through eBay.
