Hi to all MJ FANS!!

My husband probably has the 1 of the largest Michael Jordan collections in the world.He have been a fan since MJ was in college and started collecting him and never stopped.He has over 50,000 Michael jordan cards,yes that if FIFTY THOUSAND.He bought 1986 Fleer Jordan fleer rookie cards for less than a $1.00 a piece back in the day when MJ was a somewhat unknown.He still has over 5000 of his Unc North Carolina College cards alone.He originally bought 5600 of them directly from the company that produced them after they filled the order for putting together Series 1 UNC packs.At that time you could also mail in a $1.00 for any 5 cards in the 200 card set.We still have some of the mail in forms.The college cards like so many of the others have been sitting untouched in boxes all these years and the only ones touched were sent out for grading or the ones that have been sold recently online.Over 95% of the ones sent out came back graded 10.The worst grade being a 9.Besides cards,My husband also has too many signed items and other unusual stuff to list here from golf balls to basketballs and even a case of aluminum Michael Jordan signature little league bats.1 of the rarest items is a pair of basketball cufflinks that MJ gave him when he ate dinner with MJ at the opening of his restaurant.The cufflinks were to be mass produced (Only 12 prototype sets were made) and sold in his restaurant,But before that happened the restaurant closed down due to a dispute between partners.My husband's friend actually coached his Son Jeffrey in youth sports in Highland Park and that is how we got to know MJ personally.I now sell MJ cards from his way overgrown collection and give the money to our son for college,nobody needs so many of the same cards. :]

PS,I ONLY LIST CARDS THAT ARE EITHER GEM 10 GRADED OR ARE WORTH HAVING IN A COLLECTION.MY HUSBAND HAS LOST ALL FAITH IN GRADERS AND NO LONGER SENDS CARDS OUT FOR GRADING.HE HAS OVER 5000 GEM 10 JORDAN CARDS GRADED BY ALMOST EVERY GRADER YOU CAN NAME THAT IS STILL IN BUSINESS AND EVEN A FEW THAT ARE NO LONGER AROUND.

MY HUSBAND WILL NOT LET ME LIST ANY UNGRADED 1986 FLEER # 57 CARDS DUE TO E BAY RULES AND THE SORRY STATE OF REPRINTS THAT ARE OUT THERE.HE MAY ALLOW ME TO SELL SOME 1986 FLEER # 57 ROOKIES GRADED 10'S IN THE FUTURE ONCE HE HAS BUILT UP HIS FEEDBACK.IT SEEMS FEEDBACK DICTATES ALOT OF BIDDING ON E BAY.
