Hello, and welcome to Moonwishes Sewing and Crafts! We are David and Gail from a little town in Pennsylvania. We are happily married and love working together. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, Gail can only work limited hours, but her head is almost constantly thinking of ways to improve your buying experience with us. Our goal is to have the biggest and best needlecraft store on Ebay, where you will find sewing patterns that you need, both vintage and recent. We are also have been searching throughout the world to bring you both popular and hard to find needlecraft books in all the disciplines: knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidery, machine embroidery, etc. As such we are always a work in progress as we constantly hunt new things to replace sold stock.
Gail's favorite hobby is sewing, embroidery, and quilting. We are continually in the process of stocking our store with 1000's of craft and sewing patterns and needlecraft books. We sell mostly new and uncut Vogue, Butterick, Simplicity, Burda, and McCall's patterns. If you are looking for a particular pattern that you can't find in our store, please email us and we will try to locate it for you. We strive for excellent customer service and will go that extra mile to help you find what you need.
Gail is familiar with the Janome/New Home brand of sewing machines and has used the 9000 and 8000 in the past and currently works with an 6500 professional and a 300E (machine embroidery only) machines. She combines machine embroidery with quilting and due to arthritis in her hands, attempts to do all sewing by machine. She highly recommends the following magazines for their helpful guidance: Designs In Machine Embroidery, Creative Machine Embroidery, Threads, Sew News. Seeing how often different patterns are used as examples in these magazines, we try to locate all possible patterns that were used as examples and have them up for sale in our store so that you can access them quickly. As often as possible any pattern that was used in a magazine will have the issue and page number in the store listing. You can search our store for the particular pattern number you are looking for. As always we are very happy to combine shipping and handling when purchasing more than one pattern.
