Welcome to Mountain Valley Motors, LLC. We will do our best to make buying your next vehicle an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Mountain Valley Motors LLC is a small family run business specializing in selling hard to find and highline automobiles on Ebay. We also offer an auto brokering service - finding specific vehicles for individuals and companies. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured Virginia car dealership. We are also a member of the Virginia Independent Automobile Dealers Association and the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association which hold all of their members to high standards of ethics and professionalism. We sell 15-25 vehicles per month, primarily on Ebay. We have sold vehicles to people from 43 different states and 5 Canadian provinces. Many times people ask how we can sell vehicles for such a low price. We begin by purchasing only at very attractive prices from new car dealers, lease and fleet companies, or auctions. We keep our overhead and expenses low, and we prepare the cars for sale by doing almost all the detailing and mechanical work ourselves. Often we are able to sell vehicles on ebay for less than trade in values. We sell only in wholesale venues either online or at auctions. In fact we sell to other car dealers on ebay. We don't need to make a big profit on every sale, just lots of little ones!

The Family Behind Mountain Valley Motors

My name is Linford Berry. My wife and I own and operate Mountain Valley Motors, LLC. Our five year old daughter helps where she can! I began my career in the automotive business by working for a highly respected dealer as a detailer. I also picked up basic mechanical skills from my grandfather who was farmer and mechanic in his spare time. Over the years I did all my own mechanical work as well as some small jobs for other people. I started my own part time detailing business as a complement to a landscaping business that I operated for 6 years. I learned to know many of the area car dealers. I sold the lanscaping business in 1999 and went to work for a manufacturing company first as sales manager and then as the general manager. In the fall of 2004 the church that we belong to (Calvary Mennonite Fellowship) called me to the ministry as an associate pastor. Our church does not provide full time support for the associate pastors, so I began looking for a business opportunity that would give me more flexible hours, and time commitments that would allow me to better do my work as a pastor and still provide for my family. One day as I was looking at cars on ebay, I realized that there was an opportunity here. God began to work things out in a marvelous way so that less than 2 months later we had this business up and running. God has continued to faithfully provide and prosper this business. Many incredible things have happened that shouldn't happen under normal business circumstances. We want to give Him all the glory and urge you to trust Him in your life and for your needs as well.
