Most of our items are used and we do our very best to describe them in full detail (including imperfections). If you are not satisfied with the item or feel it does not fit the description, you are free to return it (within 7 days after receipt). We will even pay the initial shipping charge shown on the auction. If you have any problem whatsoever, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

We ship US Mail on Tuesdays and Fridays and UPS for heavy or higher value items (better insurance). If you want to add insurance it is $1.30 for every $50.00. We will often self insure. If your item is applicable for USPS media mail, it will most likely ship that method.
No-Nonsense Combined shipping formula
Shipping for the first item (highest price shipping) will be full shipping price.
Shipping for the second and subsequent items will be 1/2 the shipping price shown in the auction(s).
Combined shipping is not applicable on items with a starting bid of $1.00 or less, unless otherwise stated in the auction. This formula cannot be used in conjunction with any other free or discounted shipping offer. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
If you live outside the continental United States,
please let us know and we will quote exact shipping. If you are international and make payment with the auction quoted flat rate shipping amount, We will send you a request for the addition shipping cost prior to shipping your item. The easiest method is to send the "Request total amount" to us from the ebay checkout prior to your payment.
Payment can be made by Paypal, E- check through PayPal,Certified Check or Money order. If your country does not accept Paypal, the Bidpay program through Western Union works very well.
If you have a feedback rating of 20 or higher with no negatives and the total price is $15.00 or less, feel free to send a personal check. If you choose to send payment, please send a copy of the checkout page with the item number and showing your return address. This will ensure quick delivery to the correct address. I need to receive payment within 7 days of the auction close. If payment is not received we will file a non paying bidder report for a refund of our ebay fees. Just a note, if ebay receives three non-paying bidder requests for your account. They will terminate your account immediately. If the matter is not resolved you will also receive Negative feedback. We really hate to leave negative feedback, but we will if must.
Return Policy
It is quite rare, but if you are not happy with the item, you are welcome to return it within 7 days after receipt for a full refund (including the shipping amount shown in the auction). You will be responisble for the return shipping cost. Please contact me prior to returning the item. Also, include the auction number along with your contact information. If you have a FREE shipping code/card please ensure to email or note it in checkout. Your code is only valid for 14 days after you receive your shipment. Please send us an email with any questions. The Free shipping codes are only valid on auctions starting greater than one dollar. The shipping discount will be deducted on the paypal discount section.
How do you receive a Free shipping code?
If you are the winning bidder on any of our auctions you will receive a unique free shipping Code/card with your shipment. The 9 digit code will be shown on the card along with your winning auction number. The code is only valid for 14 days after you receive your shipment(the free shipping code/card is not valid on auctions starting less than $1.00). Maximum discount is $10.00.
To use your Free Shipping Code you need to "Search by Seller". Go to the top of any ebay page and click on the "Search" up on top (not the lower one). This will bring you to an advanced search page. One of the options will be "Search by Seller". Click on "Search by Seller" and enter Mr.CustomerService . This will show all our current auctions. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive free shipping on that item (discounted shipping for international). An even easier way to find our items is to make our ebay store one of your favorites.
FAQ
Q. How fast can I expect to receive my item?
A. The majority of our auctions end on the weekend and I pack and ship on Monday or Tuesday. If payment is made immediately, your item will ship on Monday or Tuesday, if not it will ship on Thursday or Friday.
Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. About 95% of the items ship via US mail (Priority, First class, parcel post or Media). If your item qualifies for media mail it will most likely ship that method. If your item is heavy or quite valuable, it will go UPS or Fed X ground.
Q. How long does it take for international shipments?
A. Overseas shipments using Airmail generally take 5-7 days and are quite reliable. I discourage surface as it takes too long and not as dependable.
Q. How do I use the shipping discount (or Free Shipping) with Paypal?
A. You enter the discount as a minus amount in the Seller discount/coupon section (under the shipping section) on the Paypal payment screen.
Q. What if I am not happy with the item?
A. This is quite rare, but, if you are not happy with the item, you are welcome to return it within 7 days after receipt for a full refund (including the shipping amount shown in the auction). You will be responisble for the return shipping cost. Please contact me prior to returning the item.
Q. What if my item gets lost in the mail?
A. The first thing we must do is give the item ample time to be delivered. I have had Priority mail take three weeks and Parcel Post take up to a month. Then, we will do whatever we can to locate the item. If we cannot locate your item and you paid for insurance, you will receive a full refund (including shipping).
Q. Can I come to your location and Pick up an item to save on shipping?
A. Yes, no problem. Make sure to call and set up a time.
Q. What is the best payment method?
A. Paypal is definetely the best method. It is totally secure and linked with ebay and it is fast. Payment can also be sent via US Mail.
Q. What if I do not receive a reply to my emails? Can I call you if I need to?
A. PLEASE CALL or send an email through the ebay server. The only negative feedbacks I have ever received is from customers with email problems, they thought I was ignoring them. If you do not receive a reply to your email, there is an email problem. Send the email through the ebay server or give me a call. Because of the spoof and spam emails, this is becoming more of a problem. My telephone # is 714-270-7604 or 714-669-3917 (remember time differences). Negative feedback is a VERY VERY big deal to any ebay Powerseller that does this for a living. One in a thousand is too many for me.
