Our creative talents, love of learning and developed skills brought us to jewelry making, faceting, mineral identification, geology,
paleontology, astronomy, the lapidary arts, custom jewelry design and more. We enjoy sharing our love & knowledge of gemstones,
jewelry, minerals, fossils, legal artifacts and collectibles by offering the rare, the unusual and the beautiful. We have been officers,
members & volunteers of the Georgia Mineral Society, the Cobb County Gem & Mineral Society and founding members of the Cotton Indian
Mineral Society. My late wife also served for 5 years as the Assistant to the Curator of the William Weinman Mineral Museum.

About Opals
Opals and some gemstones look dramatically different in different colors of lighting, from different viewing angles. We have
carefully color calibrated our cameras and computers to consistently as possible list images that look like the opal in our hands when we
list it AND how it should look in your hands in sunlight or 12"-16" from a bright tungsten lightbulb. However, no two televisions or
computer monitors look alike. Images on your computer monitor/graphics board/viewing software may be quite different than a
calibrated system like ours. To learn more accurate information about Opals, please contact us by email for documents explaining how

Returns Policy
Changing your mind is not a reason for a return.
Failure to read the description, especially about the size-dimensions-weight, opal base tone or coloration is
not a reason for a return.
Product information
is clearly listed for every item including color, dimensions (1 inch = 25.4 mm) and weight/carat weight. We pay Listing fees,
eBay FinalValueFees, PayPal Fees, etc. and try to keep our value high and prices low - a fraction of typical retail.
Jewelry Returns -
Pierced Earring Jewelry + Body Jewelry cannot be returned if it has been worn - just like swimsuits, underwear,
etc. for obvious health safety reasons.
Women often buy jewelry for a very specific color match or to complete an outfit. If you are uncertain about
getting the color match you need, contact us about your concerns before buying. We have many ways to help you buy with confidence and
assurance.
If You believe an item is not as represented in the store or auction photos & description, contact us via
email within 7 days after receipt with specific explanation of your request for a Return Authorization to
arrange for a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be given for shipping & insurance costs unless it is
our error. Buyer must pay return shipping costs & insure the items being returned OR
assume full responsibility for loss/damage.
Items returned without authorization (RMA) may be refused. Requests for return without acceptable reason will
be evaluated on an individual basis and may be subject to deductions of related business fees if this item must be listed again to re-sell it.
Items must be returned in the same "New" saleable condition & packaging as received to qualify for a refund
or exchange. Returned items that are damaged, show signs of wear or use, or resized jewelry items cannot
qualify for a refund/exchange.

Our Commitment to You
No item we sell will knowingly be misrepresented. We strive to accurately describe each item's features, size, weight, condition, country
of origin and other information.
We do not adjust contrast, color saturation (intensity), exposure, etc. to unrealistically make a collectible, opal, color change
gemstone, a pastel or lower quality item appear substantially different on the internet compared to holding it in your hands under the same
intensity and color balance of lighting.
We try to accurately photograph each item using tungsten (bright room light equivalent) or daylight-balanced lighting (like direct sunlight).
Some items (especially Opals and some gemstones) look different in different "colors" of light - tungsten, fluorescent, halogen,
noon-day sun, natural shade, morning or evening sunlight, cloudy/overcast. Our photos may be 1:1 (life size), smaller for large items or
magnified larger than life size to show detail and quality. Magnified images may show minor natural flaws not visible to the unaided eye.
Solid Gold Content, Treatments
Sizes may be listed in inches and U.S. ounces or in millimeters (25.4 mm = 1 inch) and grams or carats.
10K, 14K, 18K Gold is for Solid Gold Content - not
plated/Vermeil/etc. We will clearly list that an item is "K" gold content or 925 silver content and any plating or
treatment to make it tarnish resistant. If you have a question about an item or listing, please contac us and
ask for clarification. Jewelry Manufacturer tags listing gold or silver content and gemstone carat weight are
included with each item where we have them. Fashion Jewelry items may be made from metal other than gold or
silver.
Diamonds, Opals & Gemstones that MyLegacy-Treasures
Sells are clearly identified as Real, Natural Creations of God (out-of-the-ground). If we sell a synthetic or
manmade gemstone, we will clearly identify it as such. Some of our Fashion items are 'fun' jewelry at lower prices
with genuine gemstones or clearly identified manmade gemstones. Some Religious Jewelry is offered with clearly
identified manmade gemstones to help keep the selling price low.
Most natural Gemstones have been Treated to Enhance the Natural Color, Clarity & Beauty of the Stone.
Treatments, if known, will be posted along with any special care instructions.
