What We Sell

1. BALLOONS!!! All of the balloons we sell are new and current stock.
2. Two-Way Radio Equipment. Equipment that can be tested is provided with a "NOT DOA" guarantee. Items that cannot be effectively tested will be listed as untested.
3. Custom Auctions. We will provide custom listing services for most items.
4. Miscelaneous stuff we run across.

What DON'T Sell

1. We don't sell USED balloons. It is common on eBay for people to deflate and re-sell balloons, particularly self-sealing mylar balloons.
2. We don't sell old, deteriorated balloons.
3. We don't sell JUNK. In other words, we will NEVER sell an item as "UNTESTED" when we know it is non-functional. Such items will be listed as "for parts only."
4. We don't sell "adult" items and do not accept "adult" items for custom auctions.

General eBay Sales Terms

1. N2RDP only accepts PayPal or credit cards via PayPal.
2. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a non-payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
3. We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States, generally within 48 hours from receipt of successful payment.
4. A handling fee is incorporated into the shipping cost, the handling fee covers packing materials, eBay fees, PayPal fees and other related costs.
5. Please consider the total amount as your cost of purchase, which including: auction ending price + shipping handling + insurance.
6. Please note that S/H charges MAY sometimes be combined with other auctions, but not always.
7. Fees are non-negotiable.
8. Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured.
9. Local pickup is available for auction customers. A minimum $5.00 handling fee is charged unless a different amount is specified in the listing.
10. When you paid from PayPal, please check your address at PayPal, if the address is not correct, please make the alternation before you pay.
11. We ship to PayPal verified addresses only.
12. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands.
13. We will not ship internationally.
14. Review our detailed photos and feel free to email us with any questions.
15. Seller is not responsible for any item during shipping so we strongly encourage bidders to purchase shipping insurance especially items over $100.00.
16. All items sold as-is. We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must return the item exactly as received within 7 days and will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.
17. Certain items, particularly, may be carry a "Not DOA (dead on arrival) Guarantee," meaning that the item is guaranteed to function as described in the listing when you receive the item. If you receive a DOA item, you must send an e-mail message within 24 hours stating that the item was received DOA. The item must be returned via the U.S. Postal Service and be postmarked no later than 2 business days after the item was received. Items carrying the "NOT DOA GUARANTEE" will be sealed and internally marked. If you return a different item or remove any internal parts, the "NOT DOA GUARANTEE" will be void and the item will not be returned, but turned over as evidence to the appropriate authorities for prosecution of attempted fraud.
18. We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your bid.
19. N2RDP has used its best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. N2RDP makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

First Package - $10.00
Second and each balloon package thereafter - $3.00
