We are a father-daughter team working through life, just like most of you. We began our path to sell on eBay a few years back and have sold a variety of items. Our current listings include the items sellers need - mannequins to display clothing, jewelry displays and tools of all types and even a few books thrown in for good measure.
As eBay buyers we noticed that it just seemed like such a good way to do business. Our first product was postal scales; we needed one and knew other sellers would too. I was shocked at the prices and the lack of variety in the local stores for new and established sellers and began to look for products I needed as well as other sellers. We moved to our current inventory in a gradual way – little here and there, but, always with other sellers in mind. What do our customers need to make their products look great on eBay? Our current inventory answers that question nicely we think.
W e actually stock what we sell so your shipments go out quickly. As we find new items we use and like, we bring them here to eBay. Our biggest seller to date has been our collection of Hollow Half Shell Mannequins. It is our goal to help you sell better.
Policies
Email: Please email us through the ebay mail portal for the fastest response.
Payment: Payment is by PayPal only and is required within 72 hours after auction close. Contact us if there is a problem.
Shipping: Shipping is to a confirmed PayPal address only. Please make sure your address is correct in PayPal. If it is incorrect, your purchase will go to the wrong address! We are not responsible for shipping errors due to an incorrect PayPal address. Any additional charges are the buyers’ responsibility.
Please let us know if your address is a bricks and mortar store front or an office building, etc. These types of business addresses may get delivered earlier (FedEx, UPS) than a residential address will. We will assume it is a residence unless you let us know otherwise.
We use all the major shippers in the USA. The choice of which is at our sole discretion. Shipping/Handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Tracking: Tracking information is usually sent in an email by the shipping company to your email address listed in PayPal. Occasionally, that email will not list the tracing number. We always place the tracking number and carrier in your PayPal payment record for your reference. Just look towards the bottom of the payment page for that information. Simply go to the carriers’ web site and enter the tracking number.
International: We use the US Post Office only for APO/FPO/International shipping. The customer is responsible for any and all import duties, fees or taxes.
