Welcome to my store. We genuinely believe in honesty and fairness regarding the selling process. We believe we have a responsibility to inform our buyers about our policies and believe buyers have the opportunity and responsibility to understand our processes. To better understand our store philosophy, auction and/or listing process, I have created the below information to assist a buyer in their decision to purchase items from Angelina Rose Unique Gifts managed by eBayer seller No1disneyqueen. Please take the time to read this important information before you purchase our item(s). We try to do our best to make this a most pleasurable selling experience and pride ourselves in being fair and honest merchants. (1) Handling charges – we may charge a small handling charge of up to $3.00 per item ($1.75 average) to fray our excessive costs of secure packaging and shipping items (excluding a handful of delicate items available for sale or International shipments that may carry a fee of up to $10).
Handling charges include:
· packaging costs (boxes; packing materials – peanuts, foam, bubble wrap, packing tissue or paper, tape etc); miscellaneous office supplies (printing paper, ink cartridges, and miscellaneous small office supplies)
· Storage facility costs - (cost to store inventory, shipping supplies; expenses to operate the shipping area; utilities, etc.)
· handling costs - (time or wages to package; time and gas to deliver to the shipper; etc)
· Miscellaneous – time or wages to list and photograph our items before listing and before shipping.
Although most of our items are offered with FREE SHIPPING, please be aware that many of our items may include this fee (mostly on International sales) or the item price may include a percentage of the shipping.
(2) Calculate Shipping Costs – we offer our customers the eBay shipping calculator to calculate the S&H fees and the opportunity to choose a variety of shipping methods. If a preferred shipping method is not listed – please send a detailed eBay message to us and we will respond usually within 24 hours. The calculated shipping costs will include the actual shipping cost plus a maximum of $2.25 handling charge on each item shipped within the continental USA or up to a maximum of $9.95 per item fee for buyers outside the continental USA or International buyers. This fee covers only a small fraction of our actual handling expenses.
(3) Shipping Time – Once cleared payment is received, we ship items to our buyers within 24 to 48 hours, if not sooner! Each buyer is contacted within 24 hours after shipment to confirm this. If, for some unforeseen circumstance we are unable to ship within this time frame, you will be contacted by us immediately. If you do not agree to our new terms, we will promptly refund you in full, if you choose to cancel the transaction.
(4) Delivery Time – Although shipping carriers give an approximate delivery time, we, the seller can not guarantee delivery time – we guarantee to ship/send your item quickly (within 24-48 hours after payment). It is up to the carrier, your location and the delivery method you choice that will determine how long it will take to be delivered – our feedback indicates that usually delivery time is excellent – most of the time, carriers are swift, but sometimes they are not – if a delay occurs, it is NOT because of us shipping it out – please understand this and consider this before blaming us with a less than 5 star score on our Detailed Seller Rating.
(5) International, FPO, APO Buyers Beware – It is our experience that carriers take their time to deliver from the USA, (USPS First Class Mail International, Parcel, or USPS Priority) unless buyer purchases Express shipping from USPS or UPS, which is usually an excessive cost to the buyer (go to UPS.com or USPS.com to confirm and verify this information). USPS will not track First Class International Mail. USPS will not track Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelopes or Small Flat Rate Boxes. Also, USPS will not offer insurance on any international shipments unless it is USPS EXPRESS mail! Your package may take up to a month or more for delivery, even though we ship it within 24-48 hours!
(6) Optional Insurance – We, the seller, will not offer replacement or refund if the item is lost or damaged in transit unless shipping insurance is available to your country and purchased by the buyer prior to shipping your item(s). Without shipping insurance, our money-back guarantee is void. We offer Auctiva insurance to our USA and International buyers, but Auctiva DOES NOT COVER all International areas. On the countries Auctivia will insure, it does cost more than USPS insurance, but it also covers your shipping and handling fees (if applicable). As with the USPS insurance claim, if you do have a legitimate claim to file, the processing time is lengthy and they require picture proof and completed claim forms before they will even consider any reimbursement! You, the buyer, may have to wait up to three months for your refund. We request your patience while we help you expedite your reimbursement.
(7) Calculation Errors – Mistakes do happen, we are only human. If you paid more actual shipping and handling fees, and feel we overcharged you, please contact us immediately. Please understand that it was an oversight. We pride ourselves in being a fair and honest seller. and will be happy to explain how we calculated your actual S&H fees. If we have made a mistake, we guarantee to refund you the excess charge immediately.
(8) Fixed Shipping Amount - By bidding on auctions, buyers are agreeing to the terms of the auction. If a fixed shipping amount is posted, it should not be assumed that the posted shipping amount is going to be the same as actual postage, sometimes it is more sometimes it is much less (discounted). A buyer should assume that there is handling included regardless of whether we, the seller call the fixed amount postage, shipping, or S/H.
(9) No Shipping and Handling stated in the listing – If we made a mistake and did not record or set up to calculate shipping and handling fees – please contact us immediately BEFORE bidding or buying our item. We will answer you quickly and modify the listing to reflect the correct S&H fees. We are honest and fair sellers who always work with our customers because we value your patronage.
(12) Combining auctions (Multiple Item Purchase) - If an auction or listing specifically states that we, the seller, will combine auctions/listings to reduce shipping and handling costs, there is no implied agreement that we will do so. Even if we, the seller, do
combine, the amount of reduction in total shipping is variable and is not subject to item number seven (7) above. If combining shipping is important to your bidding, contact us (before bidding) and ask us what shipping and handling would be on all the items being considered - if they were shipped together. Please be sure to include your country, state and zip code to receive an expeditious reply.
(13) Customs and Duty Charged by Third-parties to International Buyers
- Explanation of your customs, duties & tax responsibilities: Please be aware that International buyers may be responsible for customs, duty or tax fees and will experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays. We, the seller, can not be responsible for any additional fees you may incur. International buyers can find more help with customs forms from the USPS, UPS, and World Customs Organization sites. We advise International buyers to research customs and/or duty fees by going to the above sites before purchasing any of our items.
(14) Our Terms of Sale - Payment is expected within three (3) days of auctions end. If you are purchasing more than one item, please do all of your purchasing and wait for us to provide you with a combined Invoice. By doing so, this will give you the best-combined shipping discount and it avoids extra surcharges that we may incur. Please keep in mind - sometimes items cannot be shipped together. Our objective is to get your merchandise to you safely and in the same condition when we packaged it for shipment. We usually ship our items within one (1) to two (2) business days after your payment is received.
If payment is not received within seven (7) days of purchase, and you have failed to contact us, we will have no other alternative than to contact the eBay console and enter a non-payment dispute. If this occurs, the case will remain open until payment is received and your purchase is delivered. Once you communicate your satisfaction and are happy with your purchase via the eBay dispute console – we will immediately close the case. To avoid the above, please keep the lines of communication open. We will be continually contacting you with the progress of your sale and we encourage you to Contact us as well. Thank you

In some cases, our auctions are for used electronic items or other used items. If the auction describes an item as being sold “USED”, "AS IS" or for "PARTS", then it cannot be returned for a refund. So, please bid or buy accordingly. Refunds will not be given due to "buyer's remorse". Please be sure you want the item before bidding, and please ask questions before placing your bid. No refund is offered for items damaged or lost during shipping. Please make sure you have adequate insurance to cover your item's cost if this is a concern. In most cases, insurance is available as an auction checkout option. If there is any question about this, please ask before buying.
We believe each of our listed items is described accurately, items are believed to be IN STOCK and most listed items include numerous pictures. If you feel the need for more pictures of the listed item, please do not hesitate to ask. If you require more pictures, measurements or have any other questions or concerns, – PLEASE – communicate with us BEFORE purchasing this item.
